Nem foundation selling bots is my opinion. There is a constant small wall soaking up any buys and is refilled 24/7.
They are spending a lot of money on their centers and wages etc. Where do you think they are getting it?
btw this theory is based solely on the poloniex order books as I haven't been following the other exchanges

Situation of XEMs marketcap is simple to describe for now - it is much undervalued.

When i compare two simple charts, marketcap since january 2017 until now for XEM (was at it's high around 3bln$)

and all altcoins marketcap (has ATH in September around 100bln$, now is around 140bln$)

it is clear that XEM should be quoted now around 0.5$ and have marcetcap in range 4-4,5bln$ (to be equal in his altcoins marketshare). But it does not. The only question is why XEMs did not participate fully in this bullrun and many other altcoins are growing easily?

But i hope that in few months finally there will be another question from non-believers side- why is XEM so overvalued? Wink

There's loads going on, but this is by far the worst place to keep abreast of developments.

Can you stake NEM that's held in a hardware wallet like Trezor? Or is it required to be in a wallet like NanoWallet?

I would think you could if you used delegated harvesting and had your harvesting address connected to a node.

Exactly like gentlemand said, they have started to enforce verification on legacy accounts and limiting the withdrawal amounts but sure do take as much as you would like to deposit Roll Eyes

Limiting trading on newer accounts, doesn't really seem like a good idea for traders who want to purchase large amounts of coins.

It is a great project. With a great founder. The technology is just super. The possibility of use are endless. But now the price does not grow at all. The dollar seems stable at. But of course I would like more strong movements. Although from the beginning of the NEM was as a long-term project. Think long, and Soon the dollar will be and then 5 Cool
