You probably dowloaded something else, there is no NanoWallet.exe.

The light wallet is coded in js (someone correct me if not), no .exe extensions anywhere.

Run a scan with your malware remover/ antivirus, your computer might be compromised.

I deleted what I installed with the NIS / NCC zip file.

Now, I wanted to install the nanowallet with the nanowallet zip file....

But now, the guide you shared with me does not match what I got after unzipping:
"Download the NanoWallet from nem.io. Extract the zip file and double-click "start.html""

I don't see ANY "start.html".

But I see a nanowallet.exe, as with every other wallet that I installed on my computer.
Cliking on it, send me to the windows I was searching for ever to be able to login / sign up.

So, clearly the tutorials are NOT up to date and create a lot of issues / frustration.

Now I am able to sign in...

So, I solve the different issues....

Now, as I wanted to send some XEM to the wallet, I see the the fee is 15 XEM !!!!!
This is totally insane and way too high compared with other coins....

For someone have thousands of XEM this is acceptable, but not for small holders.

So, it seems that I did all that for nothing.

Noway I will loose 30 XEM (bcs my holding is splitted btw TREX and POLO)
to put a few anyway in an online wallet (not a desktop wallet as I wanted it to be)

I am really not sure that this kind of experience and struggle to install for nothing
will be a good think for new less familiar users of crypto.

Now, you will do what you want with all my comments... but this experience was not fun
and does not make me want to be really more involved with XEM

Hope futur developments will be in favor of simplicity, local wallet, reducing drastically the fees
to use the network

You should have used the windows installer instead, a lot easier to handle then.
The standalone comes as zip, so you must have unzipped it somehwere. Also you must have a console window open if nis is still running.
There is no uninstall needed, just delete the folder where you unzipped it.

As I explained I used the standalone apparently.

I am with Windows.

I can confirm that NIC is executing (fully sync) and NCC is stopped.

I would now just want to UNINSTALL this stuff.

BUT I can find NOWHERE in my computer where it is.... even if running somewhere (see a black little windows with codes
telling every few sec that this is syncing with nodes.

so, at this time, just tell me HOW to find what has been installed and how to uninstall it

NEM need new exchanges and more marketing....

Then NCC / NIS is not running. What OS are you using, did you use the installer or the zipped standalone version?

techical analysis may need more volumes ...
BTC may have some possibilities to be "well-forecasted". But generally cryptos have now too many changing variables and too exciting times too be forecasted well

Nope and this is part of the issue.

Before to close the tab at the very beginning, I copied the URL
And this is NOT working.

I get "site not accessible" windows every time.

And this is the same now with the link you shared :-(

So if you installed NCC / NIS and have it running in the background...if you open a new tab in the browser and enter

http://127.0.0.1:8989/ncc/web/index.html

does it display the landing web page of NCC?

This graphic looks very interesting. I'm curious if the prediction will come true or not. Anyways, similar spike will come sooner or later so it's good to just HODL

All the tutorial I am accessing for this coin are "a bit" frustrating....

On the other one, you have all you need to install the wallet.... but then nothing
to access it (NO LLOGIN link or steps to take)

and in the one just provided...
there is the login section BUT, again, I don't see NO link to access.
There is a beautiful image showing the login page... but no link provided.

And anyway, I don't think that was the nano wallet that I installed.
In fact, I installed probably the "Standalone Client / NIS/NCC standalone"

So, I clearly see that I installed something successfully and
which now in sync... something is running in the background
But I cannot access anything.

So, please could you help find how to access what I installed
(was clearly stating wallet with the good visual according to
the guide I used)

There is NO sign up / login tab.... (I am in Chrome but same in Firefox)

I guess this is what I installed... I installed the client wallet as it is instructed in the OP.
All the info is to install..... but then nothing about to access after we close it.

I see that the system is still running in the background... but not able to get the wallet opened in the browser,
