I'd like to see a comparison between Nemosminer and Multipoolminer....

Well 48 hours in I've given up on Zpool...
MINER1 - AHashPool - 0.00501009 BTC Earned
MINER2 - Zpool - .00403559 BTC Earned

At $12000/BTC, MINER2 made $11.69 less in 2 days or almost $6/day LESS!!!

AHASHPOOL WINS!!

I did these tests some time ago. Happy to see that the results are still thesame.
$6 a day * 31 = $186

I think that's reason enough to switch pools.

Gonna do Ahash vs HR now? Cheesy

hello! i am writing here as theres no hashrefinery official thread anywhere i could find. in the last few days i've noticed some strange things. sometimes my hashrate does not get registered at all or sometimes it does get registered but i do not get paid. i would say either they've been hacked or they're stealing hashpower. you can see it in this screenshot. for the last 4 hours of mining x17 i've got nothing:
https://imgur.com/6aAdJur also ahashpool is becoming quite suspicious as well i would say as my earnings have dropped dramatically lately and i get maybe about a half of whats reported in nemosminer.

Instead of accusing people (I don't like that in any way), why not send a friendly message to user "Hashrefinery" here on the forum? He has always helped me in the past; Can't write a single negative thing about him.

i did and i've got no response up till now. maybe he will respond later. i'm not accussing anyone i'm just saying the site is not woring as it's supposed to. and my screenshot proves that.

your earnings are half of what is estimated by nemosminer because crypto has been in a 40-50% decline over the last 3 days

i'm not that stupid my friend i know there was a decline and i know how much exactly XVG for example went down (only around 25-30%) and i can clearly see that there are some moments when i do not get paid at all (you can see it for yourself in my screenshot). i was just trying to warn people here but i can see you're not happy about it so i will shut up for now.

XVG has been dropping 15-30% a day for the last 8 days!  You are asking to be paid in a coin that is dropping in value faster than you can mine it!
http://pool.hashrefinery.com/?address=DR7WWt4N6uTeVHFS2qZ6H6gmAdetA54f2R

Okay, but does zpool or ahashpool not look for the best algorithm to mine?

The API at these pools give an estimated profit, he is hashing x17 which is based on estimate return, but then asking hashrefinery to pay him in XVG which is losing 30% day after day...

am i wrong thinking that i should get about the same amount of xvg coins (i dont care about their price) as i was getting four days ago? cause right now what i get is somewhere between two and three times less than what i was getting four days ago and they have also dropped in price by almost half.

COMPARISON TESTING POOLS!!!!

As some of you know I have 2 identical (1070ti x 6) rigs mining in a test.  I've originally tested ahashpool vs ahashpool24 and found ahashpool after 17.5 days was a little more profitable (at least period 12/27-1/14)

After finding this out, I switched the two rigs to mine two different pools.  I'm comparing ahashpool (who lists better profits and lower fees) vs zpool.  So far

27.5 hrs in - Ahashpool 0.00295502 vs Zpool 0.00261868

At current value of $14,000, we have earned $41.37 from AHashPool vs $36.66 from Zpool in a 27.5 hour period!

I kinda like making $5 more per rig per day Smiley  We'll see if this holds true over the coming weeks...

Well 48 hours in I've given up on Zpool...
MINER1 - AHashPool - 0.00501009 BTC Earned
MINER2 - Zpool - .00403559 BTC Earned

Kinda newbie to mining. Trying to compare zPool vs aHashPool. When I add ("-PoolName ahashpool, zpool") both of the pools, Nemo's Miner will only select 1 pool per algo as shown on the image below. Is this because the algo in question is more profitable on one pool and Nemo's Miner doesn't event have to benchmark the other pool for that algo?

What if the profitability changes and the other pool becomes more profitable? Does it automatically select the other pool? (Edit: Probably yes. I see that it switched aHashPool to zPool on some of the algos.)

With the last release I got this issue with neoscrypt + palgin
https://reho.st/self/e42856c7c5e4346df686ba5aa3b4739efce5f935.jpg

it gives me an inaccurate EUR/DAY, and the miner always choose neoscrypt in this case :l
I have to delete neoscrypt to allow other algo

This has happened to me a number of times but with lyra2re2. It will start off with correct # from the initial bench, then over time something happen, and the hash is increased a ton, so it just mines that one forever until I stop miner and delete bench stats for lyra2re2 so it rebenches. has happened on both older versions and current master, so it's not related to any specific version for me.
I already deleted and rebenched, without success. Still inacurate hash :l

NemosMiner-v3.8.1.3
Is there a way to extract the data from the miner data and put it into a chart that way we would know what the actual 24 hour pay per each algo actually was?

the 24hr.bat uses the last 24hour actual API (actual 24 hour pay per each algo... it is not a estimate)

Hi Nemos,

I posted this idea a while ago, but I did not see an answer if it was possible.

When switching Algo, there is moment (around 8 second for me) where there is no mining done, GPU utilization is 0 in afterburner (the time the new miner start and connect to the server)

If we would start the new miner first and then 7 or 8 second later close the old miner it should eliminate this lost and make the algo switch even more effective (especially on the non-24h batch file because it change more frequently)

I tried it manually (open new miner wait 8 sec and close the old) and it seem to work the utilization stayed at 100%, I did get an API port error but maybe it can be fix with some modification in the code (I'm no pro for programation). the mining did switch and work fine when I test it on zpool and ahaspool

If it possible, it should make a great gain.

Thank you for this great program.

7x 1070 what psu you using could be anything dogey riser insufficient psu....  if your other rigs are running fine an it is just this one i would pull it apart start with one card and one riser install test then add another card keep doing that... that why you can test each riser / gpu and find the problem...

Hope that helped...

I dont think there is a hardware issue as there have been times it ran for over 24 hours without any issues. Its going on almost 5 hours now and no errors dished out. Fingers crossed.

Update: Miner crashed again2 hours ago. I checked the event viewer and its logged that the nvidia driver is crashing and one second later carrying zm.exe with it. I'm going to uninstall the drivers and completely reinstate with a fresh driver copy and see how it goes. Thanks for listening to my rants but its good to keep a log of all these things here for future reference.
