Your choice is good, NEO is a very cool project I think it's the best time to buy, now the price is down and about $51 presently, it might rise anytime and Might not be the best, so make haste to buy the dip now, and hold for some time I'm sure you'll be rich.

Now I am thinking about buying NEO, what do you thing about this? Shell I wait or buy?

Your choice is very good.NEO is basically updated version form of ETH.Its called Chinese ETH.Currently its price is undervalued, its powered by a team of well experience developers who have extensive experience in Block chain. After ETH NEO is supposed to be strong among Altcoins. Some ICO are being launched on NEO platfrom. In coming years NEO price would escalate to a higher level. So buying and holding NEO is a great choice.

Well, NEO is a promising platform. I can say that I can hold it for a year. There are a lot of news coming this year.
Just wait for this crashed market finished. I think $200 is possible for this year.
