You don't have enough evidence to conduct that kind of summary. We're in the cryptocurrency industry the price is volatile because we're decentralized we have the right to make the price of the cryptos through the market, well I've seen that you're new in the industry right? It's natural scenario to see a cryptos goes down but soon you'll see the bullish market.

Everything is falling a price right now so I don't think it's related to NEO. Right now only ETH and NEO have a working smart contracts that are tested by ICOs. It's more centralized than ETH is but it's moving forward to decentralization and added new block producers (like CoZ team). Guess the price also related to the attitude to the crypto currency in China. IF it's allowed I think that the NEO will be the first alt coin that's tothemoon
