I understand from this video that the number one is VEchain? Never heard much of that. I thought NEO was the number one, and for sure it is su much more popular. Anyone knows more on that?
I don't think one can say that the race has been decided already. Maybe in terms of popularity one is better than the other, but the showdown is still due.

I started to download the neon 0.2.5 window wallet.
It starts to download then 5 minutes later it stops and it says "failed - forbidden"

I've just downloaded the Windows/Linus/Mac wallets from https://github.com/CityOfZion/neon-wallet/releases without any problems, so it's not a Github issue.
It could be a virus scanner or Windows defender getting in the way but this is unlikely to be the problem as the wallets don't trigger a false-positve virus check, but it still might.
Try a different browser, sometime this can help with downloads, expecially from the 'Mega' download site.

Can't think of any other team which has the focus, & determination and transparency that Spotcoin provides. I really do enjoy these updates - and I wish others would follow suit. Nothing speaks more to an investor, supporter or potential investor than the top team reaching out.

NEO is a very great altcoin and has a huge fan community and investors. They are run by talented Chinese people. I bought and held NEO for almost a year and I will continue to hold them until the price of NEO reaches $ 300 per coin.

The marketing level of NEO project team is very deep. The technology of this coin project is not particularly outstanding.

I'm considering dropping my NEO. I've already made a decent x off it because I've bought it with a private discount. To be honest, I'm failing to see further potential. Seems like other projects are outperforming them regarding 3rd gen b lockchain? If there is anything I overlooked please let me know.

NEO is definitely worth holding imo. The passive tokens received from GAS plus the pipeline of NEP-5 tokens makes it a standout. There is a reason why it has increased so much in recent months and there is no reason why it can't hold its value as more projects use its platform.
If you have a passive income isn't it then absolutely sure that this token would be qualified as a security?
It was originally antshares, then rebranded as Neo, to represent the new smart economy. Think Neo admins would need to address this question regarding token as security
I know about the rebranding and so ob, but whether or not this is a security is also a very important issue.
