Bitmain wartet einfach zurzeit ab. Wozu sollten sie die Difficulty jetzt schon hochjagen, verschreckt doch nur die Kundschaft und durch den verkauf der Hardware machen sie zurzeit mehr als mit selber minen. Was aber an Hashleistung an der Seitenlinie wartet hat man ja vor ca. ner Woche gesehen. Nach dem Halving ist die meiste Hardware nicht mehr Konkurrenzfähig und sie können mit dem S9 expandieren.

merkwürdigerweise stagniert gerade die BTC-Difficulty, hätte gedacht, dass vor Auslieferung munter "getestet" würde, vielleicht schaltet KNC schon ab ?

2300 Dollar finde ich auch zu teuer. Allerdings kann sich die Effizienz mit < 0.1J/GH durchaus sehen lassen, da wurde nicht zu viel versprochen.

Es wäre toll wenn man die Boads einzeln beziehen könnte, um so die alten S5/S7 upzugraden. Da scheint zwar kein BB mehr drauf zu sein, aber es sind immer noch 18Pin (GPIO?) und mit einem Firmware-upgrade sollten die boards auch laufen.

Das mit 1x 120mm Lüfter find ich komisch vorallem da Bitmain das bei den S7 nur kurz gemacht hat und danach zurück auf zwei Lüfter ist
Das mit dem stromverbrauch stimmt auch nicht bei 0,15 J/GHs müste der Miner knapp 1600W brauchen

Ja irgendwie stimmt da was nicht mit diesen Daten. Und wenn doch ist der S9 sowieso nicht profitabel genug um ihn anzuschaffen...
