Just ran the numbers on total coin supply given a 50/50 distribution between PoW and PoS till the end of PoW. Result is displayed as Block : Coin supply

I think it takes 5 hours for the coins to mature. and for how you are withdrawing them from your pool is perfect. it will not reset the coin age on the coins in your wallet. only the coins being sent. So once the coins hit your wallet for the first time they need to sit 5 hours before they can start staking.
