Now this is an awful lot of new altcoin. And many new altcoin that does have a nice movement. So don't be surprised if a lot of new altcoin that rumored able to rival the bitcoin. However, I am convinced that will not be easy for bitcoin is defeated.
Many coins have already tried, but until these years they can not really beat the bitcoins, no matter what, but still they were able to climb the rank of coins. IF this is a possible coin that can win, then I would go to ETH from the moment it appeared on top 2, but there are still some small chances if we try to see how large the community
Maybe Bitcoin scaling is not as good as the newer ones or maybe it better. But it trying to scale too. It scaling methods if works can reach millions to billions of tps.
I don't think new altcoins can beat bitcoin. As we can see ethereum is second to bitcoin and even ethereum operates a long time ago but still cannot beat bitcoin how much more the new alts? Well maybe in a long run they can overpass bitcoin but that will be in a long process of time and double or more efforts to be done.
I don't think any new counterfeits can beat bitcoin, because it brings more profits to investors. And bitcoin is the most recognized cryptocurrency, even ether cannot beat bitcoin.
This goes to all altcoin that says that they can beat Bitcoin. they cannot do it, not even the very popular Ethereum can do it, before they say they can do it, they should have at least half of Bitcoin's popularity and volume, I consider these altcoins shitcoins that says they can beat Bitcoin.

yeah, all new altcoin always say they will beat and surpass bitcoin, lets say it can be true, but need at least 10 year for altcoin to surpass bitcoin, at least they should beat etherium first.

I think new altcoin says it can beat bitcoin because this is not possible at any cost and the bitcoin is the coin that is the king of all coins and the very profitable coin and the rate is not low at this time in the market and there is no other coin for beat the bitcoin.
I am not sure that there is a new altcoin that can directly beat bitcoin. Coin status in the crypto currency market requires a process, especially in the process of building public trust. New coins must pass market fluctuations and various tests from haters who want to drop. Ethereum alone, as a coin that is younger than bitcoin but has great technology can not beat bitcoin. Technology is indeed ethereum more capable but in popularity and public trust, bitcoin wins. A lot of people really believe in bitcoin while with ethereum, they don't even know it yet.
