Who said signature campaigns are not effective?
Yes to make it more effective, certain requirements needs to be fulfilled .
No, I never said signature campaigns are not effective. I do not know that. This is something that campaign organizers must determine for themselves.
My comment was about attracting new gamblers via promotional offers and bonuses, which I believe is more effective.
In fact, I think that a signature campaign alone or bonuses alone will not bring the desired effect. It is best to combine these forms of marketing and, through a signature campaign, advertise that the casino has bonuses. I think this should bring the best results.
What you have mentioned as an exampl of success is based on a determined marketing strategy. In our forum we have the main two examples Roobet and DuelBits who made a mixture of promotion campaigns (signature/contests/bonuses). However, this promotional strategies may not fit with other casinos who choose just running a signature campaign for instence like Bitvest and 777coin, in addition to cryptogames and stake.com. I conclude that projects relying in signature campaigns only are the ones having long-run campaigns. I guess Fluch.com is in test phase with signature promotion and will improve its marketing strategy once studing the results .
and if i may add, while running the campaign, the rep from the site should also be active in their thread. additional promos or contests are highly recommended as it creates excitement to their environment. combination of different factors is the reason why some of the long running campaigns here can sustain their business as well as the interest of their players. without something to look forward to, would be hard for some players to retain their interest to the site.
About running the campaign for long term; First important goal from running such a campaign is not necessary to directly invite traffic to the promoted app, their main target is not to let users forget the brand name. If you keep see the same word for months for everyday you join bitcointalk forum, the first one who will ask you which good gambling app you know, the first response that might come into your mind should be the brand name displayed in signatures in the forum. What i want to say, is that long running campaign have the ability not ruinning contests and bonuses as they will keep the signature banner active for a long time, however for new apps it's better to run all form of promotion including a bounty campaign that help promotion in other social networks outside the forum .
Hi to all Heroes , legends and senior members, such a great thread, not only valuable insights into the Bitcointalk sig campaigns, but also the general and genuine overview of how Sig campaigns and additional factors can contribute to getting a brand out there, building trust and ultimately bringing genuine players/users to a site.
We have to agree with the comments that state it is truly is a mix of multiple factors that produce the desired result with regards to marketing product, and in this case Flush.com, at the moment Flush is in its soft launch phase which has been on-going for the last 3 or so weeks, the feedback from the Bitcointalk forum members and the no deposit DOGE campaign players has been truly invaluable.
Multiple fixes to bugs have been implemented based on the feedback, we wish we could have done everything the community has asked for but we can most definitely assure you that the ones that have not yet been implemented are on a list of to-dos. We will be posting a list of fixes, features and upcoming events as we move into main launch and look forward to being part of the Bitcointalk forum for many years to come, we're just warming up.
