That's not answering my main question which is related to how you draw the winner. You say it is random, so there must be a way to do this random draw. Whether you use a system such as random generator or something else. As if it is not clear, then you may just choose the winner as you wish. I do not mean to say that you may choose a fake winner to win the main prize but I hope you get a fair system to draw the winner.

I think it's much better if they will ask KYC from the start or maybe have a warning, some people really don't read the T&C I know that it is their fault but some gambling sites take advantage to some users like those and probably won't be able to withdraw even their deposits.

Alternatively you can limit the withdrawal of the unverified users maybe $500 maximum overall withdrawal for unverified users and if their total withdrawal exceed that amount then they need to pass the KYC.

But indeed it has become a legal requirement because it is written in the TOS so for now Flush.com still requires KYC from users and I also don't like this but hopefully what the admin says in this week's update of the KYC rules hopefully it won't be changed apply.

In gambling KYC is something that many avoid, users want to remain anonymous in the game on a site, if someone asks for KYC then they always avoid it.

Maybe the users already understand what is written in the TOS.

This is a serious matter that many gamblers do not check before depositing their funds. They should work to make this rule easier for gamblers. I am not interested in doing kyc myself, other crypto users like me are not interested in doing kyc but many times they have to do kyc under pressure. So yes if they make kyc mandatory then gamblers will not be stuck on that website due to misunderstanding.

This does not mean we need it in all cases and we reserve the right to request it where there are certain higher risk factors. However in most cases where thresholds are not exceeded or no other concerns exist we do not require full KYC in order to be able to withdraw winnings.

We are reviewing the terms to make this clear and hope to have an update this coming week.

Welcome to bitcointalk. I haven't visited the site and I have been reading the replies in here and it seems you started good which is great for newly launched sites. Base on the replies in here, what are the card games that your platform has. I am fan of card games like poker and tong its (famous in ph). I think I will try this site out later on. Being active is great for gamblers to ask if experiencing an issue or problem.

Are you sure about Twitch streamers and influencers? It is doubtful that Twitch has much marketing impact in the gambling industry since there aren't many serious players on the platform. I have always ignored these types of promotions since they are usually fake players gambling with house money.
