Thank you everyone for your warm welcome, advices, suggestions and provided links about this forum.
This is really helpful for me and I'll keep all your suggestions in my mind thanks again for such a nice and cooperative welcome.  Smiley

P.S: I will read all the content one by one, so that I don't leave anything behind.

Do all that and remember one thing, always be yourself, don't try to act like you are something that you are don't because you will then spend all your time proving to be what you are not and that is a bad thing in my opinion.
Learning should be the basic aim, once you learn a lot and become knowledgeable, other things will follow and you won't need to follow them. So always remember that you don't lose focus, keep your eyes on the target and don't look here and there, once you get distracted, you will find it difficult to find the right path again.

Good luck!

Hi everyone.
This is my first post, i have heard a lot about this forum and how resourceful it is, so I have joined and I hope that I can learn a lot of things from here.

Indeed you will learn a lot of knowledge from this forum but for this, you have to stay active here, keep participating in discussions, and keep reading your senior member posts in this way you may learn a lot about the forum environment as well. Just keep it your quality time. Besides this, there are some forum rules that you need to keep in mind if you want to survive here and not want to face any problems in the future. Never use AI for writing your post if you get caught making this mistake your account can get a red tag which is not a good thing for account health.

Do not copy past from other sources and always use source links as a reference in such cases where you feel I need to quote this date and need to share on the forum. Do not spam on the forum, by doing this your account can get tagged for spamming mistakes, spam watcher has an eye on spammers. Well dear these are my humble advice for you and in my opinion you should follow these. Many Thanks!

Welcome.  Ask any question you have on the proper Board.  Even the more stupid questions, just ask them.  They may sound silly to you but the answer may actually protect you from a big mistake in the future.

In the mean while.  Stay far away from Altcoins.  Stick only to Bitcoin for the start if you are just starting with Cryptocurrencies.  Do not grief over profits you 'could of had'.  Charts from the past are easy to analyze, future is extremely hard to predict.  Do not be greedy.  Thank me later.

Welcome to the forum.
It's no different from normal life in the real world. Everything needs a process to grow old. Everything will go through and everyone has rules. A person's ability really depends on his will. Learn part of the process that will go through.
There are those who are quickly satisfied with the results obtained. There are also those who never stop with what they have achieved so they always want to learn.

I'm sorry but I can't respond to everyone separately so I will just sum it up in this post.
Thank you everyone for your suggestions and everything. I have read all the replies and have understood everything.

Based on the replies so far, what I should and shouldn't be doing as a new user here:
- Read pinned posts
- Follow forum rules
- Avoid plagiarism even AI-generated texts
- Go through all the sections
- Learn more, post less until have enough knowledge

I think I have covered everything.  Tongue
It's good to see newbie adhering to the advice given and the reason why I say this is because most person just come out to the forum and asked these same questions and after given all the advice and hint on how to survive here they still go out and do all sort of rubbish that would lead to their account being tag, banned or watched because they feel the urge to cheat or cut through simplier ways is best, which is almost impossible here on Bitcointalk. If you have come to acquire knowledge then reading is what you owe yourself for possible improvement here.

Welcome to the forum, a user above me already posted the rules and regulations of the forum, and some important things which you are suppose to know before posting on the forum here. But firstly, what do you really want to learn about? You said you heard about the forum and you decided to join and you want to learn,  you never mentioned about what you are planning to learn, and hope you know nobody will contact you to teach you anything, you have to be ready to read. Just take your time and go through different sections on the forum and see how it looks like, don’t be in a rush to post.

Since you are new here in this forum and what you should do is to read the pinned threads especially the forum rules. Many newbies didn't read the forum rules so, they are getting banned from this forum. Plagiarism is what makes newbies getting banned for not reading the forum rules. Doing your own research will help you learn what you wanted to learn and if you want to search using google then you should do it like this (title or topic space bitcointalk - e.g. 2FA bitcointalk). Good luck mate.

Let me also add that the use of artificial intelligence tools to make posts in the forum is an offence that is related to plagiarism. Some reputable members check posts suspected to be written by these chatbots. It is not an offense to copy information from other authors but it is important to acknowledge that you are not the owner of the work therefore I will advice you to always reference the source of your information. You should also strive to be creative and original this will save you from plagiarism and the temptation to use AI writing tools. If you intend to learn about Bitcoin and the entire crypto industry, this forum is among the best.

I'm trying my best to learn everything so that I can use the forum efficiently.
Just take your time and take it easy because the forum can seem intimidating when you're trying to get used to it and then based on the different ranks present in the forum you may also feel intimidated and that your opinions may not be valid. I started as a newbie to cryptocurrency and also to the forum but I was able to survive and maintain consistency because I knew the importance of what I was going to learn from here and how it could be a step to wealth for me. I have never regretted it since then. Welcome@QueenSK.
