I can't deny that on 2018 there are lot of ico project became unsuccessful in the end. Even now 2019 it is still hard to find a good or legit ico project so far. 2019 is a year with more prospects, I was recently introduced to Bomb platform they have very unique tokens and seems to know where they are going with the project. I have been involved with several others including quantum1net which is currently headed for token swap to their Yggdrasil Blockchain.
Quite a lot of new projects that were born and should this year have better potential because developers have more experience and know better ways. Maybe this will be the year of Cryptocurrency where all ICOs are good and successful, I hope they are more serious in building projects.
