Arbitrage betting should not even be possible, as it means taking advantage of the differences in odds offered by different sites and there is nothing wrong with that. Any good bookmaker will have very similar odds to every other sportsbook and they can actually price their odds to help themselves. If they take a big bet on one side but later decide the odds have changed and are unfavorable to them based on new information, they may decide they want to balance their risk by offering favorable odds in the opposite direction. Either way, it is not something they would be that bothered by if they have priced odds based on calculated analysis based on data mining.
I know sportsbooks make their odds base on analysis on data of bets on their platforms and other competitors, though there are opportunities for professional gamblers to do arbitrage bets. I agree that gamblers can do it, but they must fully aware that if their accounts are red flagged by system, their won bets will be void and their accounts will even be banned by the casino.
correct, but as long as you are using two different sportsbook providers, and not making your bets too obvious, like placing $13.23 bets (no normal person does that), you should be fine.
i would not risk it with big amounts tho, if one bet gets voided, i would be pretty much screwed if the other one loses.
I don't know but I read some scam accusations that end as invalid because of arbitrage bets that are not tolerated by sportsbook providers. If you want to have troubles, you can try arbitrage bet and wait for luck support to valid your bet at the end from casino side.
