On the above image, we can see that the minimum withdrawal is $15, not $10 as what they write in the terms page and the withdrawal fee is $22.30.
I guess they are using dynamic withdrawal fee but I think $22 is a too expensive, at the time I write this the best suggested fee is 156satoshi/vB (cost no more than $10).

Also, I couldn't find an FAQ section answering important queries like minimum deposit, minimum withdrawal etc.

7. Deposit of Funds

If your card issuer gives no such authorization, your Account will not be credited with those funds.

7.4. You agree to fully pay any and all payments and charges due to us or to payment providers in connection with your use of the Service. You further agree not to make any charge-backs or renounce or cancel or otherwise reverse any of your deposits, and in any such event you will refund and compensate us for such unpaid deposits including any expenses incurred by us in the process of collecting your deposit, and you agree that any winnings from wagers utilizing those charged back funds will be forfeited. 8. Withdrawal of Funds

Bad first impression!

I am too getting the same block message. I am not from a restricted country, still getting the same message. Tried checking your website using a VPN and I got access after Cloudflare auto verification. I think you need to check your configuration on Cloudflare, as a new casino you need to fix this issue asap as it does not create a good impression. BTW, Welcome to the forum!

Looks like the problem appears when we are trying to access Rainbet by using the subdomain 'www'. Cloudflare isn't blocking me when I'm trying to access your site without using the 'www.' before the domain name. The hyperlink in your main post contains the subdomain in it. Perhaps, everyone is getting the block message from Cloudflare whoever trying to access through that link. I can see a discussion about similar thing on Cloudflare community, where the source of the problem was HubSpot connection.

BTW, it doesn't look good as you have posted two big images in the reserve post in this thread. Reserve posts should be used for change log and to give updates about the bonuses.

I don’t know which manager they are currently in discussion with but I think they already have it in their list. But it would be better if they go with one that knows how to handle clients and also organizes events or knows how to talk to people who are in charge of an event so that they can sponsor that event for more exposure…

Right now they really need to look into working more on promotions because they have lots of competitors already in this community they really need to show their potential customers why they should choose them instead of their previous casino.

But it's clear that still need help from a specialized manager who can provide you with better solutions to clearly display images. A bitcointalk manager would help you spread the space about Rainbet by running promotional campaigns like seasonal contests, review campaign, and signature campaign.

Op don't get me wrong! you are doing well. Although hiring a manager would give Rainbet a help-hand to be at the level of aspirations of the community.

Im having the same issue on which this is definitely on Cloudfare on which it do give out that RayID.




I thought it is really just that a simple blockage because of being restricted whether into the country but
i have tested out on using different IP but it do really just that end the same or showing on the
same error.

Welcome to the forum. I tried accessing the website but somehow its blocking me. Can you please provide the list of countries that is restricted/allowed.
