Glad to see that the negative trust feedback got removed from Rainbet, I was looking at that and it seemed a bit unfair at the time. The story did not make sense, the person had disappeared from bitcointalk so it was good to see it deleted. I think keeping a positive or at least neutral reputation around the gambling section is super important. There will be a lot of people complaining about gambling sites, some with genuine complaints that must be rectified, but others take a chance or simply get angry when they inevitably lose.
I did not even notice it until now; one thing about business, most of the time, just like I have talked about it somewhere in this forum, is that there will always be both negative and positive complaints about a casino.
As long as they are having customers, those who are not satisfied with their service will come out to complain, even if the player is at fault, which is why some of them don't keep up with their stories and leave; in some cases, why in other cases they get cleared by other members or by the casino rep itself.
