I think it is better to have an island near Sri Lanka, pretty alright weather and close to a good country, its very near to India too which is a major developing country.

this is potentially groundbreaking news, but what is actually on that land? Are there roads going through/around it? Is the "president" living there? Sure it's a great idea, but he is going to basically need everyone to volunteer their time and efforts to form this legislative process he has shown on the site. Plus the idea of no military is great (obviously that isn't even an option though). What happens when an actual military/militia/other group threatens harm to the "citizens"? At the very least a national defense group sounds necessary.
