while the game itself looks very neat and there are several interesting features -
(love the jackpots and the announcement table , although it could be more informative )
it is yet another crash clone that only accepts bitcoins , thus the market is quite limited
also the questions about jackpots: are they provably fair? how can you check if the wheel is not programmed to stop at 0 forever and ever
50x multipliers are happening very often and it should give the players unfair advantage +EV if they all play low wager and hunt for jackpots
which is the smartest thing to do , by the way , given the current model
also running a house bot that bets huge amounts kind of removes that risk for the house since the bot ( or "legit" player associated with the site ) has always higher chances to get picked
and encouraging people to bet higher , so this is both unacceptable scenarios
please , test the game before the release , not after the public bankroll is announced

Honestly I don't see a problem since any user on that player list is playing with real BTC and on par with other players. So I am not too sure what changes, for example, we've had another player yesterday that went for the same strategy and wagered quite a lot for 6+ hours.

Moreover - it is up to bankroll investors to take advantage of these high-rolling jackpot hunters. Since the investors don't take on any jackpot risk, jackpot hunters are good for them since they bet a lot

I think as more users join the game it will all balance out. That being said I'll use the opportunity to invite everyone again to try Rocketpot Smiley

Are you going to develop mobile app later on? There are many players that will utilise that mobile app because they can play practically anywhere at anytime, whenever they have extra time, during break or while traveling. I think you should also consider this even if you said it is already optimised for most mobile browsers.
In my opinion mobile app is not too necessary that as long the gambling sites can be played use mobile phone i think that's good and they says they were concern about this and the site fully optimised for almost all the most popular mobile browsers however sorry to asking but i could not find the terms for requirements about minimum amount to withdraw or deposit

Not impressed.

There is no real meaningful contract in the terms and conditions. Who exactly can users take to court if fraud takes place?

There is no company or other ownership details or any contact address and telephone number. This is a massive risk for any potential game players.

I believe everything could be sorted out in time let's just give them the time to improve their site if there is a problem/suggestion i think OP could easily make things possible. Besides this is just a new site that is trying to make a name to all of the existing reputable ones.

Many thanks for the post.

I tend to agree with you in part but if so much effort can be made to code, host and get the site up and running then registering a company should not have been a problem.

satoshibet.io was also launched without much fanfare in March 2019 and one day it just vanished without any announcement. Nobody knows what happened to any user account balances that were on there and nobody knows why they shut down. Very alarmed at what I was looking at my first post in their now abandoned thread is similar to the first one I made here as I asked them details about who to sue if the website goes bust or if they scams users.

On a different note, I do wish the website owners success because they are a new business just as you mentioned but that is no excuse for not putting clear ownership and liability details in their terms of service.

Congratulations on the launch. This is pretty much the most impressive bustabit clone I've seen to date.

Anyway, nice job. Cool to see a new site.
This is already an enough word for me to check out the site. lol but the best part that turns me off is on when i do surf the site it does still
require for me to register first before i can able to peek on whats inside which do really sucks but well i did proceed and i can say that this
one is pretty cool among other crash game sites that do popped out in the market.

Something new for a crash game with jackpot on it. Design is good as well compared to common crash game, I can say that the owner works to make it looks better than the other crash sites. Really a good start so far.
Coming up to the jackpot, so the higher bet amount has higher chance to be chosen to spin the wheel once the crash reach the minimum payout for each jackpot? Can we see the jackpot winners list? It seems that you have some jackpot winners already since you launch it.

thanks for the kind feedback!

Yes the higher the bet amount the higher chance to be chosen to spin the wheel. You can even see every player's spin chance on the player list (refreshed every round of course)

Good point on the jackpot winner list - there is no easy way to see who won them now but we'll add a page at some point listing winners. Maybe something like a hall of fame Smiley Now you can only see it if you look at the history of the rounds

Another question: Do the jackpots come out of the crowd-funded bankroll? Or is that something that comes out of a fund provided by you?

id like to know about bankroll and how the jackpots grow / calculated and if investors cover that?

The jackpots wins are not paid from the bankroll - they are funded from the wagers (bets) and are part of the house edge. This is the reason why the game can be EV positive to the player in certain scenarios (as Ryan pointed out earlier) - the investors are not at risk however since the jackpots are paid by the house.

This is also part of the reason why we decided to have a 50/50 bankroll / house profit split

Someone also asked on the game chat how the jackpots grow -> so the more (and bigger) bets the faster they go up.

Is there someone won the mini jackpot already? If I remember it correctly the mini jackpot was more than 0.1btc and now it is 0.014btc only so I assume there was someone hit it in the last 24 hours. Probably it was Godmode who gamble like nonstop bet with 22.22mBTC bet @3x
It seems that all players who play here are jackpot hunters only, they play fixed bet amount with low payout in a hope to reach the minimum payout for the jackpot then they will have chance to spin the wheel.

yes someone has indeed won it. the jackpot wheels have been activated quite often so far Smiley

Have you thought about what legal options winner have if the rocketpot.io scams users?

The terms and conditions on the website are useless and have no meaning. There is no information there of substance.

Best to keep away from that website until they add legal protection for users and for themselves and they stop hiding behind anonymity

I like the low house edge, smooth design and the option of investing in the bankroll. The latter might seem suspicious to potential investors, though, because you're new and it's thus unclear whether you are to be trusted (the provably fair game is one thing, sending out the payments to the winners and to investors is another). There are many websites these days, so you'll face strong competition, but good luck!
I dont think lightning network will be suitable for this site, because it wont help small players at all since the minimum bet is 0.25mBTC = 25k satoshi. http://prntscr.com/owudua
Even if the minimum bet is 25k Satoshi ($2.5 indeed seems too high, but I guess the owners got the message already), Bitcoin Lightning Network is worthy of consideration. Because the withdrawal and deposit Bitcoin fee can be worth a couple of such bets these days... And if the minimum bet is going to be reduced, it will be even more appropriate to think about the LN.

We don't use any bots. The players you're probably looking at are some of the team members who've been playing since launch to make sure things are okay

So are they gambling on an equal footing as all the other players? i.e. using real money, without knowledge of the outcome of the games and jackpots? Like team-member "Godmode" has gambled ~44 BTC in less than 24 hours ... seems pretty excessive for testing?

Yes the user 'Godmode' is real and is indeed gambling on an equal footing as all the other players. He just left it to play using the auto-bet feature Smiley

Congratulations on opening your business, I tried to look on the gambling site and here's some of my thoughts about it:

• Would you provide a faucet so new users would be able to test your website?
• I'm planning to invest but the commission is a little bit high
• Is there a chance to lower the minimum bet for every run?

The site is impressive and the best thing is the advertised provably fairness for both users and investors. IMO If the team doesn't knows about the outcome, the in bets are less of issues. I haven't manually done the fairness test but someone might do it independently to prove.
50% charge on investment profit seems pretty high. I admit the team has done a great job setting up an impressive site, It might put off investors both in near term or in the long run.

I think the thread as well as the site looks very nice and professional - so well done. Though what I'd like to see is a faucet on the site as well. You might have reads my previous comments on other threads (maybe) but I'm basically all in for faucets as is the best way to try out the games! Ayways, I hope . maybe you can think of this as a feature to include in the future?

I like the site and the inter phase. The rocket game and play with friends are also cool. But you know sometimes you can have alternative coins and has the drive to play. Maybe you introduce section for other coins.
