No plans to reduce the minimum bet? Are you targeting for big bankroll players only and no intention to attract small bankroll players?
Probably adding more coins with jackpot for every coins as well as with lower minimum bet would be nice addition. I believe you'll have more players if you reduce the minimum bet, if you do not want dust bet amount then reduce it to 1000 satoshi is still reasonable enough IMO but 25k satoshi is still too high these days.

just tried the recovery process on Firefox
it is working alright , a slight delay of 5-7 seconds though but it did send me a recovery link with no errors displayed
pretty sure it is your connection , either a VPN or a proxy acting up
p.s. password requirements are slightly 1999 : Password must contains only A-Za-z0-9 and symbols ! @ # %

What browser do you use and on which platform are you trying to open the website (mobile, PC)? I noticed that this problem does not occur for most users. I myself usually use chromium-based browsers like Google Chrome or Brave, there are no problems yet. Try using proxy or VPN as well, disable adblock, this may help.

You made a mistake, Renampun, and you actually put your email under phising attacks by that image. Don't disclose your email address publicly like this, because you might receive lots of hazardous emails from bad guys. If you think of what I warn, you should delete that image. i normally use firefox in version 69.0 (64-bit) with Adblock Plus. i never have any problems with that... but unfortunately rocketpot doesn't work with it.

My guess is because it's a new account? Although digging a bit deeper, it looks like they are run (associated?) with megadice.com which what satoshidice.com was rebranded into. (Although I've not heard any scam accusations against any of those operations, so I don't see why that would be a problem)
Why do you think that Rocketpot is related to Megadice? I hadn't heard this before. Do you have any information that prove this? Or you are just guessing that?
