He is just showing the big payout that has been reached at rocketpot so far. Once there is a game reach the minimum payout for the jackpot (50x, 250x, or 1000x) then there will be a jackpot round. One lucky player who play during the game will be chosen to spin the wheel. In above linked round where 4k payout reached, it triggered the mega jackpot but unfortunately the jackpot was not hit by the lucky chosen player. Players does not need to get closer to the multiplier, as long as they are playing during the game then they have the chance to spin the wheel.

All the above is correct - I'd also like to add that if someone wins the jackpot, 10% of th value is split amongst ALL the other players who participated in the round, regardless whether they cashed out or were the ones to spin the wheel.
A week passed since you came to this forum and I can see there are more new names who play and hunt for the jackpot but I have never seen any single players who play normally. Normal means gambling for non jackpot purpose like what I usually see on other crash game sites. I dont think it is good for long term purpose unless you keep on filling the jackpot with good amount. I think you need to have other promotions such as wagering contest or other contest. To be honest, the jackpot amount you had at the beginning was so big enough to make a regular wagering competition and it may give you more players (not only jackpot hunters).

What does it mean anyway? Is this what you called mega jackpot when it is triggered higher than X multiplier? Or instead being hit 4k multiplier you will get another mega jackpot round? And btw I saw your link that there is only 3 players and none of them are closer to the multiplier. Is this the only players that played on your site?

Have you ever heard of bustabit.com. If you had played on bustabit, you would have known how this games goes on. ROCKETPOT.io game is also similar to that.
In theory you can win unlimited through it if the rocket does not crash, but for that you need to be very lucky.

The following post is not specific to the owners of Rocketpot but more a generalisation and a recent example of the Satoshibet website (which had its own thread here) has been given in a previous post.
I have to say I am concerned at the manner in which people are willing to play at any gaming site that offers zero legal protection to the end user in the event a scam takes place or in the event private data is sold or misused.
Just as you mentioned, I also have the same sentiments regarding any website that wants to be taken seriously. Surely they would secure and prioritise its legal documentation before launching their project.
Just because a website owners says they are in the process of registering their LLC does not mean it is trustworthy, likewise just because a website is owned by an LLC does not mean it is scam-free. The difference between dealing with an anonymous website owner and an LLC are the legal protection it provides.
Sure there will be incorporations/LLC that will scam and will be hard to recover funds from or press criminal charges to its owners - but in the end each to their own.

There was an issue with an outdated fee being charged with every withdrawal. This has been corrected now and your balance has also been corrected. All accounts should be corrected but please let us know if there's an issue!

There is no minimum bet to be eligible for the spin chance. Any bet gives you a spin chance regardless if you cashed out or not
Moreover - if someone hits the jackpot, 90% of the amount goes to the winner but 10% is split amongst all the other round participants! Everybody wins. I now realise this is something we did not explain in the original post, will edit it soon.
The jackpot wheel should be an exciting event for all the players who participated in the round

At what point you can actually calculate which one is better? Like is there a data or anything that could show either better? I don't think so, this is more about "we focused on wagering customers" instead of "we focus on investors", that way we can see that rocketpot is heavy on gamblers side and that ain't half bad.
