If they have not claimed a payment from a card in the past 24 hours, it reduces their level by 10 (40 per hour beyond 24 hours until it is reduced to zero).
All loyalty reward bonuses on other sites that I am aware of, are set to zero at that point, but we offer a small grace window. If you have concerns about a specific time period, I can look.

Thank you for the payments. I have a question regarding the bonus system. I do make sure to claim at least once a day, however sometimes my level falls back to 1 and i don`t really understand why? Am i doing something wrong? Your feedback will be appreciated.

And while I absolutely respect the desire for privacy on the web, in this case it comes down to either being able to pay most people, or lose the site.
