Hello. I am one of the very naughty members of the Slack that just got banned yesterday without warning. According to CCrev, I have been very naughty. But have I? I am going to give the other side of the story, because the community deserves to know the truth about Xtrabytes. You can take my post for what it is. I have no more skin in this game. This is just information for potential investors out there to make their own decisions on potentially investing into this project.
The 3 people that were booted from the Slack - Me, Poudino and Dkinkx - are actually, or were, huge supporters of XBY. In fact, Poudino was a very well known member of Yobit chat and he's probably shilled XBY more than anyone.
I would advise every potential investor to stay far away from this project. There are many, what we would call, red flags associated with this project. It is either a scam, or horribly mismanaged. My money is on the former, but there is a slim chance that Borzalom is an actual developer.
This all starts with the Bitmox. Let's look into Bitmox, shall we:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-xby-bitmox-ico-crowdfunding-live-now-another-ccex-scam-ico-1742783This is the only thread I could find on Bitmox. As you can see, Bitmox already has the text of a previous scamcoin. Let me ask you this: How is it that a genius programmer like Borzalom could fall for an obvious scam coin like this? And, why is this the only thread on Bitmox? Where is the original ICO thread? Another poster says that they are buying their own coins- checked the distribution on CCex.
Afterwards, Borzalom supposedly decided to revive the coin. CCrev was just there to lead the project as a frontman. When I bought this coin when it was below 100 sats, I looked at the richlist. A large portion of it was in the Ccex wallet. There are rumors that this is a Ccex scam. And I believe a large portion of the coins were already bought up by Ccrev and Borzalom.
What we have here is a staged scam. The Bitmox scam itself was scripted. They sabotaged their own coin, effectively making a 60%, 70% premined coin (at least). If CCex is in cahoots with this, nearly 100%. Yes. It's actually really smart. That way, they get to "rebuild" on a brand new coin, without having to answer for buying up half or more of the coin supply. They dont need a Whitepaper, dont need any of the investment needed to do an ICO.
Borzalom's job is the technical side of the scam. He codes and makes the static registrations and the richlist. Try to give it a minimum level of legitimacy. So, you begin hyping up the coin. You say its brand new technology. You get suckers to buy in. And it goes farther than that. What's so great about the project is the fact that they hype it up with brand new technology, and you do that by getting your super powerful, super valuable static nodes and lock 50% of the coin supply into those nodes. So you create artificial scarcity, putting upward price pressure on the XBY price. You get the magical combination of Supply versus Demand. Low supply, and high demand for speculative "brand new technology."
The idea of Nodes being a one time purchase, is High pressure sales tactics!!! Huge red flag right there. And what do we get? A really nice pump followed by a dump.
"Static" nodes > Pump and dump
Genesis Block > pump and dump
New website> pump and dump
This pattern continues. This is why the website had a countdown timer. The reason why the website was so bad was because of the simple fact that the coin is still a scam at its core. They dont need a good website,
just the countdown timer for the pump. Just like how the coin market runs on speculation, XBY runs on fumes. It's all speculation and promises of technology that is never going to pass. It's pump and dump city. The countdown timer was there to get people to buy in, plain and simple.
CCrev's job is to create hype for the pump, to be the frontman. This is why he cannot be removed, because he is part of the scam.
Ask yourself why are the developers anonymous?
Why is the so called project lead still anonymous?
The nodes are so critical to the project, but YOU CAN ONLY PURCHASE THEM ONCE. But they are very critical to the project so give us our money thanks.
Why has there been no independent developers in the community VOUCHING FOR THE CODE OF BORZALOM? (HUGE RED FLAG!!!)
Why has CCrev been positioned as the medium between the community and the God Borzalom? (HUGE RED FLAG!)
Why is a so called expert genius programmer getting suckered into a scam in the first place?
Why is the lead dev CCrev so incompetent he releases that joke of a website?
How is this a "community corporation" but people are banned for even suggesting a change in leadership?
Why does Borzalom's email show up in a hacking website?
Why does no one know of the Bitmox ICO? Very few people can even vouch for it?
Why is the lead dev called Borzalom which means "Horror, Terror" in Hungarian?
Why is the audio with Borz a joke?
Why did CCrev insist on hosting the website on Borz' servers? He said that its in HTML because Borz is worried about "attacks" WTF?
How could you possibly release a website that bad? They spent a MONTH working on it. How? I'll tell you how. Because its a scam. If CCrev was really truly passionate about the project and genuinely into it, he would never NEVER in a million years released a website that bad. Of course he wouldnt. If he was a real entrepreneur and visionary, no. Where was the PRIDE? The pride in your work?
Ask yourself why people like me, who have legitimate criticism over the project, are banned while people who yell for people to be banned are allowed to stay?
It all comes down to a scam. The red flags go on and on and on.
CCrev says there is a GUI. He says the new chain is coming. All of this is to stall you and keep the scam going on for as long as possible. The GUI might just be released, but there will be very little, if any underlying technology. It's all on promises. This guy even says that "we're all going to become millionaires", scam tactic, high pressure, straight up high pressure to keep you in the game and to keep you buying.
See how he says that "you all pressured me"? Accosting the community. These are all sales/scam tactics. CCrev is good at what he does - which is, be the frontman for a scam. Pressure people into buying. Pressure pressure pressure.
And the bottom line is, if you want to do something right in tech you start NEW. Why build this on an OLD COIN? Why? Borzalom has to move all of this to a "new chain". When he does that, the history of the chain itself goes away in smoke so there is no way we can backtrack and see where the coins were moved. RED FLAG! If he was genuine about the revolutionary technology, he would have started this on a brand new coin period end of story.
