Hi!

Just bought 500k+ xby's to setup a static node. I have couple questions.

1. I have been reading that you can't setup a static node after block 50k, is that true?

2. Can I move the static node once it's set up, or is the machine it's set up on the final place?

3. Does the machine need to be online for 24/7 to collect the fees?

Thanks!

Can we have some more work on this?

http://xbyblockchain.borzalom.hu/

How about online wallets?

You can't really demand work from people who are volunteering, one because they need to focus on Setting up nodes now and obviously as a community coin so no one is getting paid.

You know many people build stuff for coins if they are Paid. You could give a bit of your coins for somone to make a more developed Blockchain browser. Tons of people on here do it. Balls in your court I guess.

Whos demanding? I wasnt.
Do you know what demanding means?
I have coin, I choose when to donate and how much, not you my friend.
Please feel free to list all the causes you have donated to recently.

My point is you can't sit on the touch line requesting certain jobs are done (and yes you did request)

Advice or better way to do things but not requests and then not be willing do anything in your power.

So it was a request was it? Are you sure it wasnt a suggestion?
Learn English before lecturing me. Pm me if you want to discuss.

Can I have all your coins?

Request or suggestion?

Joined the Static node club by creating node successfully.

Do I need a virtual server or something to make a static node? Also I know it costs 510000 XBY or whatever to make it. So if I want to cash out, can I close my static and redeem those 510000 and sell them on yobit or something?

Look through the YouTube channel in the OP and you can see a step by step guide to setting up a node. Join slack and you can get more questions answered.

Yes of course you can break the static and sell the them at anytime. But later there will be demand for nodes so people will pay you to take it off you. There is no burden to have ing a node, it's a win win if you are holding enough coins.

Yea but I'm saying I need to keep the node online and I dont want to leave my computer online at all times. Should I use amazon services to run the static? If so, any good guide on how to do that?

I thought one of good things about static node is its offline...but I could be wrong.

I recommend joining slack, there is a channel dedicate to setting up nodes.

I just saw this coin in Bittrex voting system if you have an account in Bittrex why not vote for XtraBYtes still a long way but you can vote every 30 days only, another option is Novaexchange with a growing community this can easily get in.

Is the wallet safe? Or execute only in a vm?

Obviously do your own due diligence when it comes to running downloaded files. As long as you got the wallet from our github, it is safe.

Im not hyping, xby doesnt need hype. But i hoghly recommed you dont sell your coins. Reason is Borzalom has said to Ccrevolution he knew Peter Szor. now he could be lying to ccrevolution but assuming he isnt he is not only legit but must be a very talented guy. Peter Szor is a legend in online security and cryptography who worked for Mcafee very famous sadly he died of cancer quite recently.

i personly trust ccrevolutikn completely so unless borzalom is trying to trick him we have somone great behind this project.
It sounds great! Grin

Sorry, I am new and did not vote. I found the ann a week or so ago, saw you were involved here on the front line and not just in slack. I think that adds greatly to value and stability. Nobody was asking when the last time the dev was in...lol. Without a doubt, I like the ideas for this coin and there is community. Drive on dev! 2 thumbs up here! I am very happy to find xby and I am "hodling", had to look up hodl Wink
