This thread was revived after a year but it is a question thread so it seems fair to ask a question to the OP or I guess anyone else who has a preference and wants to provide an answer.

Of the options presented in the Blockchain fork what one do you think will succeed or has the best chance of solving the present problems related to blockchain limitations.

In terms to halving and transaction fees what is your opinion of increasing the size limit and in your opinion does the incentive of mining rewards seem worth it if said caps are increased.  (The relationship between fees/blockrewards/halving)

Hello. New to this forum as a charity effort.

A few questions after browsing and reading some topics already:

1: Is there a 'donation/charity' section? Who would you recommend to contact about this?

2. What would be some useful ways to get started with loans? Who would you recommend to contact about this?

3. For some information or contacts who could help assist in making trades to buy bitcoins? Who would you recommend to contact about this?

4. There are several maps/loactions showing "bitcoin ATMs", but what exactly is needed for these?

Thank you  in advance for some assistance. If possible, please provide some links that could be followed.

When will I be able to upload a pic like I've seen many other posters have?

When you become a full member, your rank is way too low at the moment. Give it 4-6 weeks and then you should find that you're able to. I'm unsure of the exact time it takes but it's at least 4 weeks.

I am wondering that why do we need consensus algorithm like ripple if all the nodes in a system is honest. There won't exist an use case of double spending. I am asking this question because recently i am reading the news that banks are using ripple algorithm to transfer money between their international branches.

In Ripple specifically, ordering of transaction matters too (it is not just possible to send money, it is also possible to execute trades, which means that it matters who gets to buy/sell first). That way, everyone would want to be first, even if every participant is honest overall (all trades get executed, only mine are executed sooner than others). I'm not commenting on the fact that you view banks as honest by the way...

can bitcoins be transferred into hard currency such as dollers or euros?

What country are you in?  This will help us tell you what is best for your situation.

Also, you may want to tell us what way of payment are you looking for (eg. bank wire, WU, PM, etc) and whether you mind doing ID verification.

Yes.
- You can use one of the big exchanged (usually requires some form of activation)
- You can meet with someone in person (e.g. via Mycelium local trader or localbitcoins)
- You can use this section of the board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0
