I was wondering why I couldn't find a reply link on any of the other posts until I found this thread.
This makes sense.
I appreciate the need for such a rule however it does little to stem the flow of spam and trolling. Of course, little other options abound.

Fwiw, I think restricting newb posts is a good idea. It's like earning a merit badge as a boy scout, One must demonstrate proficiency before being blessed to play with fire and deadly sharp instruments. Lol

The rule is ok, but when you want to reply it can be annoying
It would be interesting to know how many miners/mining pools on the .8 were affected.
