The rule is ok, but when you want to reply it can be annoying

Just stating my enthusiasm for being a contributing member of the Bitcoin Forum community. I've been reading quietly for quite a while, so figured it time to finally get my feet wet. Although I couldn't figure out how to make posts before, I now understand and appreciate the protection against trolls.

Cheers.

hi, I just experienced a problem on slush's pool with shares...
I have 164 shares from 227617 block with 6682770 total solutions, but I received 0.00000000 bitcoins - how is that possible?
I'd guess my reward should be about 0,0006 BC, right?
I have also 0 BCs for 196/9339237 from block 227253, and for 117/8185432 for block 227602... I'm not sure what's wrong there - other blocks seems to be OK...   my speed is 0,3-0,75 GH/s (based on number of cards I switch on...)
Please let me know what you think might went wrong.
Thanks

I don't know, I keep waiting for the bubble to burst, and with every rapid drop in BTC prices, there is an almost immediate recovery.  The volatility is fun though.

My first post, hello world!

This whole deal of anonymous money, encryption, onion routing, etc., I believe is going to make society as different as (maybe) the internet/www did.
Then again, I could be wrong.

Yeah, but it's very cool all the same don't you think? Smiley

I suppose this isn't a bad way of moderation. It does eliminate casual users who just want to quickly answer a question for one user though.

Just by the way, just by looking at the bitcoin price movements, you are now receiving a lesson on what it looks like when a price bubble bursts.

It is not yet entirely clear whether the bubble is currently bursting or whether it will race a little higher and then burst, but it is interesting to watch either way.
