What does it mean if you're at 5+ hours with 5+ posts and still can't post outside of the Newbie section?

I'm a newbie on the site and have registered in SR, Bitcoin & Forum, Bitcoin Wallet, GnuPG-Gpg win.
And would like to say hello to all.
Finally saw this and figured out why I can't post even after "Total time logged in: 5 hours and 47 minutes." BRUTAL but acceptable posting requirements

It's a good idea and I guess it weeds out a lot of scammers/idiots that just want to troll.
I think the restrictions are reasonable. Takes awhile to figure out what bitcoins are all about, etc.
If anything, I'd probably up the minimum time a bit before newbies can go elsewhere. "Lurk and learn" is always a good philosophy.
