Of course all first posts seems to be here, either to praise or condemn these restrictions.  I'll do neither and simply state how much I'm looking forward to meeting the minimum requirements.
QFT.  Not a big fan of the forum model for discussion anymore (too much time on Reddit?  Possibly), but if these are the rules BCT wants me to play by, I'll play by them so I can join the real discussions. Cool

How about an optional, nominal btc donation to skip the hazing

Sure it would be an interesting idea since users able to donate could be considered as not so beginners Smiley

Due to a mass of trolling, only established posters are able to post in non-newbie sections. You are considered "established" if you have spent 4 hours online and have made 5 posts (new topics or replies).

Does replies to this thread count? ;-)

I sure hope so, it's a bit of a pain, but i'll try and find 4 useful threads to reply to, so i can start posting elsewhere

EDIT: for the record 5 posts was easy. didn't need to spam either

You actually found something sensible, informative and logical to read in this forum? It reminds me more of the line in front of the night club.
