Thanks for the info. I was unaware of the 4 hour restriction and 5 post minimum.

Just registered here by finding a post on electrum 1.7. I installed 1.7 and now get an extra command prompt window. If i close it electrum closes. Wanted to mention the bug in the forum but i'm not allowed.

Sensible restrictions, wish it were easier to discover. Perhaps somehow making this post always accessible while a user is Newbed at the top of the UI would be good... in case it was mentioned in terms and was missed.

The restrictions are quite bothersome, but I suppose I understand why they need to be put in place. A forum like this is probably a beacon for bots, scammers, and whatnot. Just think, in the long-run, it's probably beneficial to you.

First post here...I've used other sites to exchange but I'm looking for something a bit more consistent.

Except now I have to make empty messages of content to get those 5 posts created so i can really post where i want hah...

same here... i have nothing to contribute other than to a very specific sub-forum, but i guess i can try to fill in somehow! Cheesy

I was a little astonished that there was a vetting process like this. I suppose it's a bit of a necessary evil, eh?

I don't really see a point in the newbie restrictions, its not going to stop scammers..its just a hassle for us real trraders!

Ok, I understand the restrictions. I've just never been on a site with such restrictions as this.

You must have been in receipt of some hardcore trolling.
