in my opinion, beginners must first see how to trade properly and correctly so as not to get a large enough loss. For beginners, you must also know how to trade properly and where the trade is, which requires us to trade.
In trading, a huge knowledge is needed. As a newbie, no one can earn a lot by trading. It is so risk if you don't know about the crypto currency well. You have to analysis coin regularly.
In my own opinion, newbies or people who are new in cryptocurrencies should try to trade in cryptocurrency because here they will understand how the crypto markets moves, and how do they get a high and low value. Trading is difficult for everyone, especially for newbies that makes it risky, but it will help them to have a discipline and to control their money at the same time.
I think it is good to observe first but I agree that they should start trading.
They might be new ones in the market but if they don't make a move or ride the wave earlier they will be left out. I guess the only problem they should be thinking is in which to invest in or which to buy also maybe what will they trade it. There are a lot of cryptocurrencies in the market, I mean it is flooding with new altcoins, that I why I think it is better for them to just observe for a while then start trading or investing.
It is better to do it through demo account first. If we manage it successfully then only we will be able to gain well. I find it easier with FreshForex broker, as they are amazing with epic setting including Rebate scheme, so I just love it big time.

I cant fully agree with the "now or never", why because for me there is no "late" to learn something new.
If newbies are unable to do it now because of some reasons, then they can start it later once they are ready in all aspects especially money and knowledge.
I would say "now or later" is better. Learning it now is better, but trying it now is not really recommended for newbies with no basic knowledge.
The same happened with me years ago when I knew crypto for the first time. As a newbie, I was learning about it first for a year then I did my first trading.

Nowadays there are more number of features in trading like Spot, Leverage, Futures etc with various exchanges.
Through trading platforms you can achieve it what you want.
Initially newbie must learn many tools for learning trading activities and understanding it.
like charting took TradeView etc.
Those tools will help us to predict and take decisions accordingly on market move.

It is really "now or never", how a newbie can learn trading if he/she will not try to make investment and execute a single trade. Newbies should accept the fact that there is a risks in trading where it is not easy money so they should expect that they can incur losses especially if they do not have foundations or what we can say prior knowledge about trading. Try to trade but make sure that you will begin with small amount of capital because there is a high chance that you can lose it. 
I can't stress enough, backtest any trading bot on previous trends before trading live with it. If the one you want to use can't be backtested then don't use it, it's too risky to trust as you are using it on the assumption it will make winning trades, without any empirical evidence.
Also, newbies shouldn't learn trading with a bot, they learn trading with a simulator or low-funded account and trading by hand, so that your large capital isn't risked by a newbie error. Advanced users run an algorithm that waits until a trend w/ market patterns comes that matches a previous winning trend and then replay that trade (possibly with wider margin). It's easy to make one if a trading platform has a scripting language to automate trades with.
I also disdain bots that are proprietary and don't let you view their strategies. How can you trade with a bot whose strategy you don't know?

There is nothing new here. It is easy to trade if you have experience in trading. There are many newcomers who know a lot about trade and it will depend entirely on itself. If you are interested, no matter how difficult the task, it is very easy to solve it correctly. Newcomers can trade but first, they have to learn trading techniques. It is wise to start with low capital.
sorry, but no one is perfect at trading, trading is still not easy even with professionals...There are three factors that affect whether you will profit in trading, that is analysis, patience/experience, and luck. you will not be profitable without 1 of these three things, so trading is still not easy even for professionals/experienced.

There is no one here who was gotten professional in one night. Practice makes a man perfect. So it won't a matter of fresher or newbie here, we are all getting experienced day by day. Mistake is a lesson for trading. If you will not make any mistake, it will be hard to know better. So it is a normal thing. That's why, it can be said that you can start as a newbie or whatever you are, just focus on your passion and try to gather more knowledge and info about trading and do some small trading as a beginner to start your initial trading experience.

If you are interested, no matter how difficult the task, it is very easy to solve it correctly. Newcomers can trade but first, they have to learn trading techniques. Trading isn't meant for any particular person or to certain level of people. Newbies and everyone who has the mind to learn as well as have capital to invest can get into trading. Trading is all about the market predictions, one who has got the ability to predict the market changes precisely can profit out of it. There are newbies who are good in trading, most of the time newbies were suggested to practice with small funds and further increase their capital.

There is nothing new, you have to move forward. Everything onsets with the new. There is nothing beyond strategy and patient. The experience will come as you go along. But is better to work with as much penalty as there will be in beginning. Must have the vitality to negotiate with any crisis.
Trading don't have any requirements to everyone, as long as you have the capital to buy coin in the exchange you can do trade anytime you want. Besides, even newbies get loss their coins it not our loss anyway in the end. And I believed that through trading we can learn a lot of things of how to earn or to improve here in this field of business.
