A lot of suggestions given above and I think OP will give precious time exploring the whole forum and most especially the rules in the forum.

I suggest spending more days in reading such important rules and information that most commonly it was pinned message in particular boards. Reading first before posting. Local boards will good sometimes to start with.

That's right, we had here freedom of speech but make it sure you will not break the golden house rules.

Hi,

I've just recently joined in this forum from a suggestion of a friend. As a newbie, I've read some general threads from the beginners section as well as the for the newbies post which I learned a lot from. I am trying to learn 'cause I'm still inexperienced in this community. I'm willing to put my time to get new knowledge to widen my opportunity in this community to be able to contribute.

With my introduction finished, I'd like to ask some questions to the people that are experienced in the forum. I'd like to ask that besides the beginnners section, what other sections that I can browse to better understand the community and some advice that maybe I missed in the Newbies post.

Thank you in advance, I hope everybody would have a great day. Smiley

Welcome to the forum!
Generally, beginners section is very good place to start for newbies.
You already received a lot useful answers what to read first.
I would like to ask you about your interests and goals, why you joined this forum?
If you are interested in bitcoin in general then I advise you to visit the Bitcoin Discussion part of the forum.
If you are more interested in altcoins then visit Altcoin Discussion and if you have some skills and knowledge that you can offer to other members, such as programming, translation, logo design, then I suggest you visit the services in the marketplace section of the forum (under economy).

First of all, welcome to this community! Smiley

It's good that you've already read the general threads. That's a good first step. There are actually lots of threads that could help you get to know the community better, especially the pinned posts in every section. And @Maus0728 compiled some threads already for convenience. Maybe you want to check those threads, too.

If you have questions, there are many members here that are willing to help. So don't be shy to approach one. Smiley

Hello mate, welcome to his forum, all of the boards of the forum are all helpful but there are different information for each. If you want to make yourself familiar with this forum then you are on the right board. Beginners & help is good for the information about the forum or the community, there are many tips and advice here that will help you to become better in this forum. You can also use the search engine if you want to know something. A search engine is very useful where you can see things you want to ask. Just type the keyword and there would be any information that will be given to you.

Welcome to the forum mate.

You can pretty much explore anywhere in the forum according to what you are interested in. For a beginning, I advise to be a good reader and you can always ask members about something you don't understand. With time, you will realize how much knowledge you gather around here.
I wish you a great journey here  Wink

My warmest welcome!

Explore the forum! It's wide and vast! I don't think there is a specific board or section exclusively for newbies in this forum. There are only boards and sections which perfectly fit your interest.

Know the rules, read discussions, and perhaps drop your couple of Sats whenever you think it is relevant and a good contribution to the volley of ideas on the thread.

Welcome here.
Before you start posting here, I think you should learn the rules of the forum- https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/unofficial-list-of-official-bitcointalkorg-rules-guidelines-faq-703657
Also check the sticky threads of each board because sometimes different board may have a little different rules. To expand your knowledge, post your questions on accurate board and you will get helped.

Thank you sir for the link, it provided a lot of info and overview.
