BioCoin has been closely cooperating with API (Agency for attraction of investments) of the Far East. And soon the geography of the agency will be expanding to Tokio as there will be a representative office of the Far Eastern agency to attract investments. Russian Ministry of development of the Far East will hold an opening ceremony. It is expected that this event will happen before the end of May of next year. The representative office will be working with the Japanese investors that are interested in work in the Far East. Let’s note that currently there are similar representative offices in Pekin. There are plans to open few more representative offices in the beginning of 2018, particularly in Shanghai, Harbin, Mumbai, Seoul.

The story of dramatic “love” of BioCoin and Voskhod and RTS is still on! The expert appraisal of the demand for crypto assets by LavkaLavka on Voskhod platform is more than 100 million BioCoin!
Based on the consulting sessions that were held this week between the farmers’ cooperative LavkaLavka and “NP RTS” Association, it was decided to extend the ICO of LavkaLavka. Partners have agreed to this because of the desire to get to the “sandbox” of the Bank of Russia. And also because of the inquiries from the investors. The change of the time line is not going to affect the project’s road map.
Here is the official statement by “NP RTS” and LavkaLavka on this matter: on September 22, 2017, “NP RTS” Association and farmers cooperative LavkaLavka signed an agreement for the strategic partnership and holding of an ICO with a subsequent token circulation on Voskhod platform.
Shortly before the date of the ICO start the government of the RF and The Bank of Russia received an assignment from the President of the RF to create a structure on the basis of the Central Bank for «approbation of innovative financial technologies, products and services” in order to identify additional risks. Voskhod had expressed a desire to participate in the work of the “regulatory sandbox.”
After going though all the necessary procedures in accordance with the testing
regulations set by regulatory and supervisory authorities, Voskhod platform is going to be ready to place the electronic assets of the farmers’ cooperative LavkaLavka. The expert appraisal of the demand for purchases of crypto assets by LavkaLavka on Voskhod platform is now more than 100 million.
At this moment the collections from the ICO have gone over 9 million dollars; BioCoin is traded on a few international platforms and their number will increase in December. LavkaLavka’s loyalty system is working in the test mode and Biocoins are already accepted. The fully operational system should start working in winter 2017-2018.
Based on the first stage of the ICO, LavkaLavka is continuing to develop the sales system of the farmers products, which is reflected in the ICO prospectus. In the nearest time there will be a start of a new project that will allow farmers from the cooperative to sell large volumes of products though new wholesale sales channels of LavkaLavka where Biocoin would be actively used.

Before the revolution there were zemstva in Russia that opened schools and hospitals and learned to manage the funds so that they do not disappear. Georgy L’vov that announces the “All Russian Zemstvo Help Union for the sick and wounded soldiers” became the director of the Temporary Government because he had created the biggest non commercial and non-governmental organization that took place the role of state to an extent. Although he could not manage the suppressions of riots and mobilization of troops and these functions should be left with the state government.
It is not clear whether a blockchain can deal with the army and fleet, as it can manage everything else.
