Ministry of Finance is proposing to allow the secondary market for tokens issued during the ICO.
This was announced by Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Moiseev during the broadcast for “Russia 24” TV channel while he commented on the upcoming law on crypto currency regulations.
“In relation to ICO, it is quite obvious that there should be secondary trading. It is reasonable that the issuer must have options of buying back tokens(ones issued during ICO). However,there should be some secondary trading between people who purchased tokens or even other people. We will try to correctly incorporate that into the law,” said the Deputy Minister.

I started participating in this coin! Can ICO be considered a success? Why will up to 1 billion BIOs be released? What will you do with the unsold coins? How do you intend to add value to BIO with possibly large amounts in circulating? Will there be Masternodes? Will the debit card they announced in August come into force in December?
The success of the ICO will be considered only after the end of the ICO.Unsold coins will be destroyed.
There are master functions, but there is no possibility of creating users for the moment.

Met with Dmitry Marinechev in LavkaLavka restaurant on Petrovka and drew a business-plan. In each of the famers’s cooperative LavkaLavka BioCoin will create a greenhouse with mining!
We have opened a new cafe-store LavkaLavka on Sytinsky. This coming Friday there will be a sea of polugar (old recipe Russian bread wine), a lake of biocoins, a river of farmers’s products, Balakaiki, and many more tasty things. Farmer Alexander Pocheptsov will make borsch based on his own recipe. So, do come visit us Friday at the official opening celebration. Today though we had a technical opening and already have lines of Patricks’ extremely hungry residents.
