Russian Ministry of Finance is proposing to allow the secondary market for the tokens issued during the ICO.
This was announced by Deputy Minister of Finance Alexey Moiseev during the live broadcast on channel “Russia 24” commenting the upcoming law on crypto currencies regulation.
“In relation to ICO, it is quite obvious that there should be secondary trading. It is reasonable that the issuer must have options of buying back tokens(ones issued during ICO-RSN.). However, there should be some secondary trading between people who purchased tokens or even other people. We will try to correctly incorporate that into the law,” said the Deputy Minister.

Is the ripiocredit network platform fully developed or is that also still work in progress? Not that you end up waiting for them to get their stuff done and you can't start your lending business?
Contact the partner for an answerAre you kidding me? I am sure you have done your due diligence on your partner, didn't you? Honestly this answer is a big minus in my eyes. Turning down a potential investor in this way isn't very professional my friend.

Here is today’s news from the State Duma: “ As a response to the sanctions, a business can be allowed to invest into the Crimea through crypto currencies, tourists should be allowed to pay for their expenses and other things while on vacation there,” said the Chairman of the State Duma’s financial markets committee Anatoly Aksakov.

Dear users, unfortunately there has been a lot of issues with the mobile Biocoin wallet that lead to a very unpleasant situation. This caused a lot of negativity. What has truly happened?
1 - The malfunction was caused by the DoS attack on the whole BioCoin network after which the server for the mobile wallet has started working incorrectly. Though this got fixed by us.
2 - The malfunction happened due to the fault of our server’s hoster; the main reason for the malfunction of the server’s part did not depend on our team because
