why is not the pool connected?

I'm not sure what you mean?

How often does the balance update on the pool? 15 minutes running, and 0 balance?!

There is a 60 block maturity, balance or unpaid balance will not show up until the block you mined has matured past 60 blocks, just be patient and they will all show up.
