if you want to invest in altcoin for the long term, then you should invest in altcoin that are,
- altcoin that have product
- altcoin that always has progress on its project
- altcoin that has a high volume in the market (making it easier for you to sell and buy)
- altcoin that has an active team to provide information about its project
so of course I'm sure if you will definitely get a big profit from investing in altcoin that have the above criteria, because the price will definitely increase very high in the future.

What plans do you have, do you want short-term or long-term? now these are coin for long term: BNB, ETH, DOGE, BTC and TRX, while for short term you could just choose any coin in the market with much liquidity and trade on after which you make your profit.

Don't make fortune with the new coins, they are riskier to invest in compared to buy known coins in the market.
Next better altcoin? What next better altcoins are those that have a huge market volume and market value, not those who just lifted because of the hypes and shilling coz once the hype is over, I don't know how it will survive. Or it will turn dead.

We are absolutely aiming to earn profit from investing but it all just happens when we choose the right and best coin in the market.
Eth and BNB are two examples of a long-term investment.

I tell you that it was your choice which coins to invest in. You can find a thousand coins on the market but considering that many are worthless, it is a need for you to be wise in choosing them.

I can suggest to you that is to choose coins that are in the top 20 listed coins at CMC. I'm not saying you need to have them all but it matters the capital you want to risk. Only you need to check their volume and also check where it is listed. More often I choose those coins that are listed on the known and reputable exchanges like Binance coz that will be our assurance that it will never die, instead, it grows more.

TRON and LINK seems to be reasonable to expect but those 3 other mentioned? they seems to be a shitcoin for me though Matic is one of the talk in our group early this year but this fails the expectation and now continues to dump.

You're free to choose now, everything is there in coinmarketcap because you'll able to project all their ranking and chart history. Don't be too aggressive on earning huge amount of money, it might drag you towards danger of losing. Look on coins that was at lower ranking, they have much bigger potential compared on those at the top rankings.

To see potential coins in the lower ranks of course we have to research them carefully, and skills like that we have to learn through the process. it is very profitable if we will find out which coins will have good prospects, because the price can be doubled. but if we are still in the learning process, of course the altcoins at the top on coinmarketcap are also profitable and safe
