Ok, so a little update...

GTX 1070 actually goes to 310. GTX 1060 6G does about 220. GTX 1060 3G is above 200. All these speeds are reached with maybe 1-2% more power usage compared to latest EQM available.

I also tested GTX 980 Ti, it did 350 overclocked, but that was with a bit older code, that wasn't properly tuned for that card.

We will try some more tricks tomorrow and hopefully push stock 1070 to 320 Sol/s. Also need to find proper setups for older cards such as 970 and 750 Ti.
But please watch your watt meter at the wall. The few extra sols cost more the electricity..about 4x more.
I have one on a rig next to me and went through the wattage to hash to cost to profit. It's better to power down tdp and oc memory and core. You loose hashrate but gain profit to cost of electricity. Thx

Actually, stock GTX 1070 gives 295 Sol/s!  Shocked
Yes at stock clocks but the wattage to profit to hashrate drops to 1 to 1.5. So if I left all at stock profit would be $50 and $100 for electricity. Total made is $150.. so profit is again $50. O that's a month. ROI never.

What about the GTX 1080 ? It can acheive over 320 sol/s in EWBF's miner...

GTX 960 gets 120 Sol/s. With previous version, it was getting only like 60-65, right?

No the 960 does around 95 and the 750ti does around 60..

Oh yes, right.

Okay, unfortunately, not much improvement for 750 Ti, only 65 Sol/s... Looks like Maxwell1.0 is quite different. Apart from smaller shared mem, it maybe also have longer latencies for bank conflicts?

My 980 (non Ti) 4 Gb on windows 10 64bit gets around 167 sol on average
My 750 (also non Ti) 1 Gb on another windows 10 64bit machine gets 49 sol

Are these normal? The 980 particularly sounds low compared to what I read about here but since no tweaking is supposed to be necessary, how can I go about trying to optimize it?

We have all cards  Wink

Okay, so GTX 980 reaches 250 Sol/s.

GTX 970 gets 210 Sol/s.

980 Ti could easily reach 400 Sol, but we are not developing it for 980 Ti, rather pascal cards and mid range maxwell2.0, so there may not be optimal ratio of resource usage.

I have some 980 Ti, I can help you with tuning.

How about the 750ti and the 970?

Getting there... Be patient please.

GTX 980 Ti stock does 340 Sol. Overclocked 370 Sol.
It means what 1070 can get 370 sols too?

980ti has a bigger bus so easier to get higher hashrates... 1070s aren't close to their MCU caps though.
Same as 390 and 480 radeon...

If you're talking about the MCU, the 480 and 390s are a lot less powerful GPUs, so even though their MCU may not be being saturated, they don't have the GPU power to process things as fast.
Yeah,,, 980 ti becomes best GPU for zec now... Maybe Fury X can compete with it

GTX 1050 Ti gets 130 Sol @ 50 W  Shocked

That is 2.6 Sol per W. Way better perf/wat ratio than GTX 1070.

EDIT: GTX 1050 has similar performance. Reaches 120 Sol.

yeah but not better than EWBF miner for nvidia, because i'm getting 260 sol 100 watt which is exactly like the 1050ti perf

at this point is clear that any enw opti will just increase the wattage, we are very well near the limit here
