To Hash or not to Hash, that's what the question
@Universalresonance:
7-8$ per 1080ti right now is good. You have fluctuations due to price flutes and perhaps rejects.
@nicehash
- nice design, i like it. Background Grid should be more visible on graph.
Colors are weird, but does not bother me much as functionality is more important.
- CAN we have a withdraw in ALTCOINS please?

Could someone give me a pointer to explanation/tutorial of who actually buys all this hashing power of NiceHash sellers? It cant be a cloud mining service as it cant be profitable for the buyer and most cloud mining services are ponzi schemes (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/cloudmining-101-ponzi-risk-assessment-878387).

The revised website is quite nice; from the perspective of a seller at least I like it even better then the old version. Having more detailed data available at a glance on the Miner page is very nice. Smiley

website colors are uglee, orange? omg, hard on the eyes -- maybe that's their way of keeping page hits down, first remove the auto refresh button, now this

Payments took ages to process! Sellers got ~1400 BTC in total.

But at least we got new flashy notification bar now! Cheesy

can enable bring back the auto-refresh check box in this new website?

Yup, the warning came soon after the change and the payment just a bit longer after that. All cool! Thanks nicehash.

New interface on the website!? Seems cool. I hope balances will also update soon because I'm currently seeing zero!  Tongue

Yeah, btw nice site interface, I also got worried about the balance and payouts, but now it is OK,  I have already received my little BTC incoming for the last week, no need to worry about it, nicehash is fine, I`ve never had problems with them since 2014, just relax and enjoy mining.

There is also a warning that all payments for hashing power sellers are being processed.

You need to overclock it to reach those speeds. Google rx480 overclock and there'll be countless guides to help you.

But this guy (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/best-efficiency-settings-for-radeon-rx-480-1543701) underclocks his RX 480 and still gets almost 24 Mh/s, while I get less with stock settings.
meh. under/over is the same really. call it tuning.
not all rx480 are the same msi/xfx/ etc.
that guy may have reflashed the bios. not for the faint hearted

put a check in the checkbox next to the algos then benchmark again

In videos it shows that there should be options but I get no options whatsoever.

I get Standard, precise or quick. That's it

sorry to the left of there, click on your gpu, and as if by magic, algos will appear, then as above...

You can choose certain algorithm if you want, but if you ran the benchmarks, it chooses most profitable algorithm for you. Correct me if I am wrong.
i also thinks that this miner will provide which coin will be more profitable for your rigs after you ran benchmarks, i don't have much knowledge
so prefer to continue what coins did the miner chooses for me,.

For mine, it showed just one Algorithm under benchmark.

I' have a 1080ti and making only 7-8$ a day is half of what usually others are making in 1080ti thread.

Using default settings, my MSI RX 480 4G runs DaggerHashimoto at ~22,1 MH/s. Here (https://www.nicehash.com/?p=calc) it says - though for a 8GB version - that RX 480 should be able to do 29 MH/s. Can someone point me to the right direction how to optimise my card to reach such hashrate?

Is there a way to run only specific coins through this? It has a nice interface but I can't choose what to mine.

I'm using GTX 1080ti and sometimes rate drops to $7/day that's immensely low for a card of this grade.

Minergate another similar app allows us to choose what to mine , how can I do the same on this? Any pointers?
