So for everybody to know: if you bet with Nitrobetting and you are in progress with your bonus, they can cancel it at any time they want, even if it's nearly completed. Just taking away your bonus which was almost achieved. Be prepared.
This is disappointing. I experienced my fair share of issues with betting on NitrogenSports in the past due to which I shifted to more reliable sportsbooks like Sportsbet, Stake etc.

Expected good things from the new version of this site(Nitrobetting), but it looks like a lot hasn't changed except for the design etc. If they continue treating gamblers in such a poor manner, their new site will probably get screwed too just like the old one.

They need to improve in areas like fees, customer support, odds margins etc if they wish to attract players in the future.

I don't see how a post claiming that my account was locked for 3 weeks for a review helps their reputation, but ok:
Review starts plus requests for updates
Review completed
That's because 1xbit and other scammers have used it in the past so we just have to make sure that you are really what you say you are and I don't think that we have to do half measures because reputation for online businesses is something precious.

Hi Kevin and many thanks for the reply.

As announced today, there will be more Women's teams in the 2021 NRL season ( https://www.nrl.com/news/2021/06/11/everything-you-need-to-know-about-the-nrlw/ ) with more teams in the following year.  The Women's season will kick off in Round 23 of the Men's season and have their Grand Final the same day as the Men's (which is a similar format to last years comp).

I just had happen the following to me on Nitrobetting.eu (I know it's your sister site but they don't have a topic on here so have to mention it in this topic instead):

After having been a loyal client for 5 months, this week my account got frozen for a "security review". All fine, but then after 2 days got an email stating my account no longer qualifies for bonuses moving forward.
Well, also that is fine as it is your sole decision. But what is not fine, and in fact very unfair to be honest, is that they cancelled the pending bonus which was almost completed (it was at around 70%). I asked if they can at least pay me out the part which I already achieved, in this example that would be 0,7 x 50mbtc = 35mbtc but they even refused this.

I want you to take a look at this case please realize that this is very unfair. Please re-vise this decision and either let me finish the bonus which was in progress (after that I won't start any new bonuses) or pay me out at the progress where I was stated in the example above.

This is not the way to treat a loyal customer of 5 months who placed probably about 2000 bets. If you want I can send you my username in DM.

I don't think this will have any use. They already said their decision is final.

i do not see the point from your story. You gambled a lot of money it seems and maybe they indicated you as a risky player with to much knowledge about gambling. they like losers of course, and not winners.
if you have lost a lot of money, why would they limit you? and what was their intention and reason that they blocked you? setting limits has nothing to do with being a good or bad company, it is just a policy.

They accused me of multi accounting and blocked my money. After several weeks they reopened my account (said I can play and use it again) but terminated my affiliate deal and because I won some money back that I lost they also gave me limits.

Thats the whole story.

They made up a story to not pay me, then terminate my affiliate deal ( my affiliate wagered 100ks of $ ) and treated me like shit.

THAT makes a bad company.

PS: Gekke dont get me wrong, I want them to pay you, I really do. But this loyal customer thing just made me laugh. Loyal is not 5 months. I play at betfair since 2006, thats loyal.

i do not see the point from your story. You gambled a lot of money it seems and maybe they indicated you as a risky player with to much knowledge about gambling. they like losers of course, and not winners.

Never mind - I logged back in the next day and added another handful of wagers on various sporting fixtures that I follow without any prior bets being decided, so whatever the issue was it seems to have fixed itself.

Never mind - I logged back in the next day and added another handful of wagers on various sporting fixtures that I follow without any prior bets being decided, so whatever the issue was it seems to have fixed itself.

I'm afraid I'm not following either of your answers - I was placing 0.03 MBTC bets which are now 0.04 because the 0.03 have not been accepted since the price of BTC fell from its ATH, so it's not that I'm placing excessively high value bets, nore is it an excessive number of bets as I've had more bets outstanding at the same time in the past compared to now.  (I haven't clicked any "max bet" or similar, every sports bet I've made has been manual entry of the amount of the bet)

I'll try again tomorrow and see if whatever it is clears itself.
