You could get away with telling players this if they actually saw the site do anything about the cheating. The big problem you guys do not seem to want to answer is that it may not be Nitro directly ripping players off but you are allowing it to happen to players on your platform. So knowing there is a problem and doing nothing is endorsing the cheating. I think you guys need to get some one on the team that actually understands poker, because the cheating is black and white and you keep stalling on banning players.

Its unacceptable to tell players that they can not address this issue here. Clearly to many players felt that it was just them noticing this issue thanks to the way Nitro responded to their tickets. Nitro cover up of the issue and the ongoing stance to have people submit tickets that never get responded back to other than "we take these sorts of issues seriously" and then crickets.

So easy to fix these issues and you seem to act scared that you will lose traffic. It would actually be the opposite!

When does this promotion start?
The last day for entries into any pool is Thursday, September 7 @ 17:00 UTC. (Registration for other pools ends a few days before)

When are my picks due?
Each week you must select your pick prior to the scheduled start time of the games being played. For picks on the Thursday night, Saturday, or Sunday morning games, those must be submitted prior to the start of the scheduled time of the match.
The final deadline for picks each week is typically Sunday @ 16:59 UTC. For week 16, the deadline will be on Saturday @ 16:59 UTC.

When does this promotion end?
The NFL Survivor Pool will end after the completion of the regular season. Individual pools may end earlier if all participants are eliminated before the end of the season.

What does the Guaranteed Prize mean?
The Guaranteed Prize means this is the minimum we will award for this pool. If the number of entrants is large enough, then the pool will be larger than the guaranteed amount! 100% of all entries go towards the pool. Nitrogen takes zero (0%) fees.

When are the prizes awarded to the winners?
All prizes for this promotion are awarded into the winners' Nitrogen Sports account by January 1, 2017. In the event of the survivor pool ending earlier (all participants eliminated before the end of the regular season), prizes will be awarded ahead of schedule for any completed/finished survivor pool.

I mean, what else can you say at this point?  A player that was caught cheating (and reported) on May 18th is still playing on your site on August 3rd. 

Literally nobody has come forward saying that they got refunds from players that were cheating.

It's become very obvious that Nitrogen Poker does not care about it's players colluding against other players.  I cannot, in good consciousness, allow other poker players to continue to be taken advantage of, and will have to post these findings on poker forums like 2p2, Reddit, and PFA.

Can I enter more than once?
You can absolutely buy into the paid pools more than once! However, you can only submit one entry into the free pool.

I think much better to post this in the nitrogen site which after login we will see this annoucement, not all users are always visit this main thread that is my suggestion if it is already there ignore this one. Thanks for the update.

I see that the nfl survival pool for this year is already open, I have a question in mind about the betting pool. On the other pool except for the free one are we allowed to join/enter twice ? I ask this because I double checked there are a couple of users that are listed twice on the same pool.

At this time, Nitrogen only deals in Bitcoin and does not currently recognize BCH as a currency on our site. Please be advised that this is a decision made based on the current state of the crypto currency market, and may be reevaluated in the future. For now, when you request a withdrawal please ensure you are using a BTC wallet address and confirm that the address you enter is correct. We cannot retrieve funds once they have been sent and if you send to a BCH address, they may be lost.

Hi,

Do you plan to accept bets with BCH or you are considering it like just another altcoin? Is there any point to keep BCH?

I noticed this outage and found it weird.
So I went to twitter and there was an announcement about it.
I was relieved to look it up this way and find my answer because if I had a deposit I would be worried that it was left in my account and I didn't have access to it for an unknown amount of time before the issue was resolved.
