and yes I have cleared my cache OP

It always said that Im inactive and suddenly logout but actually Im playing on it. I dont know if mine is the same problem as yours

support is F ing useless really! Dice has been buggy since it was released, every time I contact them they say its on my end and no other users are having this issue (because they have all been logged out)

Ok, I've chatted with Support - I'm really sorry this is an issue for you. They've let me know that although we believe the issue might be on your end, they're escalating the report to our tech team. I will personally follow up with tech as well!
