Have you considered changing the 50/100/700/1000/3000 hand freerolls to have players need a certain amount of nitro generated over the time period instead of just hands played? I feel like the only thing the hands played # is doing is encouraging people to start micro stakes games and just playing super tight. It doesn't really encourage action. If it were instead a certain amount of nitro generated it would encourage people to play at mid stakes games.
Hey CryForMeSky!
We really appreciate your feedback and suggestions. I know this is something you've touched-on in the past and it's definitely a primary consideration for our team. We've decided to go with an unlockable hands version to encourage new players to try out the new platform and send us their feedback. In the long-term, we're definitely looking to implement a more robust loyalty program that effectively boosts the action at our tables. I think incorporating the loyalty levels is a great idea and it is definitely something we'll consider in these discussions!
Thanks again for the feedback!
Calvin
IIRC you've done the 'unlockable hands' version of daily/weekly freerolls in the past (maybe a couple of months ago?) Did you get many new players converting to non-micro stakes play after that trial period? Did you receive any meaningful feedback from these players?
Anyway, after playing on the site for the past few days I've found the level of competition to be far far below your competitors so you've certainly won my business regardless, and we're talking about added money so anything you choose to do is certainly a bonus and appreciated. My main concern is that you run these promos and the people in charge of making the decisions notice that it's primarily people "gaming" the system and cut promos out entirely, when slight changes could both prevent "gaming" and drive even more action to the tables (which makes everyone money).
Hey Cry,
Yes, we briefly had similar challenges a couple months ago, and we definitely received meaningful feedback from these players. A lot of the feedback we've received over the past few months was incorporated into this new release.
I'm glad you're enjoying the site, and the bonuses! I completely understand your concerns, and can assure you that the promos will definitely not be cut, and we're aware of their limitations. Like Calvin mentioned, we do think incorporating the Loyalty levels is a great idea. I can't make any promises on timing because this does require an effort from our very busy tech team, but I think you'll see some of your suggestions implemented in the next few weeks!
We do take your feedback incredibly seriously, it's just not always easy to implement changes as quickly as we know you guys would like to see them.
Thanks so much!
Jenny
