If I choose "MLB" and then look at the matches listed, why don't I see the pitcher's names next to the game, like every other sportsbook in the world?

We find that the majority of our users just want to bet on the outcome of the game, so listing pitchers (and then canceling bets when there are starting lineup changes) may not provide the best experience.
We are very transparent about our rules, and that changes to starting pitchers will not result in the cancellation of a betslip - with the exception of prop bets where a pitcher is listed. The applicable rule is Rule 4 under Baseball for your reference.

You answer questions/complaints/suggestions fairly often with "We find that the majority of our users..." and it's obviously false.
