I'm sorry to hear about your frustrations. We understand that there was an outage of service yesterday evening which affected some users' ability to place wagers for a short period of time. Our tech team was made aware of the issues immediately and sorted out a fix as soon as possible.

While it is understandably a frustrating situation, we cannot compensate users for a general site outage or for wagers that would have potentially been made. Until a bet has been place and confirmed by a user, and the game played, there is no way of knowing if a bet would be a win or a loss. I realize that this is not ideal for your situation and I do apologize for any inconvenience caused by this situation.

For the past week it seems like at least once a day there is some sort of major network problem and the "starting soon" and betslips go down for everyone.

unfortunately it was a problem on the nitrogen end.. everyone in the chat was complaining about it as well.

At Nitrogen, we use a standard Mersenne Twister for RNG and Fisher-Yates shuffle for shuffling cards in both our poker and blackjack.
