Hi Nitro. First time I have ever seen this. My IP seems to have also been banned so I cannot go in and bet or even view any odds now. I know you say to contact support, but I would rather just wait - my account IP will often change as I usually log in from dynamic IP so whitelisting IP is most likely useless. Can't you guys just whitelist old accounts? You know a lot of us access gambling from restricted countries so it is very likely you can see people on recycled IPs from our "providers".

Why would I talk to Nitrogensports, I have already been told to get lost and that the judgement is final. I am alerting the customers that catch themselves in my same situation, has nothing to do with Nitrogen since you are acting shady and people need to know.

1. You claim to have extensive evidence but can not present it, you go on to say vpn is allowed but it was factored in to the reasoning for me being a cheat.

2. You did not take my winnings on three occasions and pass them to the next person that was either bumped out of the money or pushed into a lower payout.

3. Players have no idea till they cashout that Nitro is just going to take their funds if they feel they can compile a storyline that fits.

If anyone has doubts just google and you will find multiple stories of Nitrogen confiscating funds in this manner. Even if 80% of those cases are false they are stealing from innocent 20% and that is most likely low.

This can also effect sports wager players because they can tag them as a syndicate using vpn to exploit lines. So if you log in through a different IP you risk the chance of having this happen to you.

If you read all the tickets you see they slowly go from connecting me to one account to multiple accounts to just plain me running some kind of train on Nitrogensports poker client. If you carefully examine the support tickets you see they are making things up on the fly.

Here is why I think I am targeted by them. I joined Nitrogen through a affilliate and played solely that affiliate in hopes of building a roll. I cashed on Sunday for the second time and decided to play in the NBA tourney. I came in third if I recollect properly. So I move to the cash tables and proceed to get luckboxed by people that should never have been in the hand at that point. Was thinking they could potentially be house players or bots creating action but was unsure. Left the table and came back a few hours later to sit with 2 other players. The table quickly filled with players sitting out with very similar account numbers and the two sitting in continued to raise any hand I limped or attempted to bet within the 2-3x range. So I decided to cash out and then I get hit with Nitros claims against me, irony was me leaving due to the unbelievable cheating.

They stole my funds and have back themselves up against a wall and are deciding to give me the door because they can do such things and they are correct. It is in their rules that they can confiscate funds, just shocked they would do that in such a wild fashion. The day they run into trouble in any sense and people will see the true nature of this site because they are already showing signs of being shady and times are good.

If you ever used vpn or a different connection be warned they will some day use it against you.

So there it is another player shown the door, add me to the google list for others to see when they catch themselves in the same boat.

To respond your question: No, it is not forbidden to use a VPN with us.
We do not encourage this practice but is not against any rule.

The multiple accounting and poker activity between the accounts we found along with the fact that a VPN was used gave sufficient reasons for management to take the final decision. Our rules are very clear on this matter(Multiple accounting).

Our internal procedure for security review is not of public domain, since we are a private company.

Few issues...

We have gone fro m account overlapping to multiple accounts now have we!
Seems like the more I pry the more I smell a weak investigation. You finally give me a answer about vpn not being against the rules but then proceed to use it against me in the ruling.
Other than my vpn use, you have provided no evidence of wrong doing other than hearsay.

Private companies still need to maintain a public image and locking accounts in a loose manner is not going to help this. On top of that is you not proceeding to give the next player in the tourney the money you took fro m me. So you steal fro m two players in this aspect as I paid to enter the tourney I cashed.

Of course security does not need to give up all details involved, reason I am not harping about supposed activity patterns and just the most basic of evidence proclaimed to seal my fate.
Hand histories as evidence would teach a cheat so little as their benefit fro m cheating can only help in so many ways. They can shove multiple accounts at at table to weaken a strong hand against them,chip dump or squeeze a player between them. Its pretty easy and clear evidence that anyone can see. So I think you should provide that in the future if you want to be taken seriously. Otherwise its Nitrogens word against the player and over time that will just benefit the cheat.

Last aspect...You state that multiple accounts rules are clear, then so should the evidence of such behaviour. You will be judged by the track record and I see more people coming forward in the future with same issue. Sure you hit the right person time to time but you will slowly erode the true players.

Will post these replies in the Nitrogen thread as people will be able to see the holes as well.

They state vpn is frowned on, so that indicates that they will use it against us if they feel fit and they did against me.
So get any serious funds off the site if you use vpn to visit this site. Pretty clear they are being shady and it will become more evident as people run into similar issues or the money stops flowing in. A private company still needs to address public image and they seem to miss that.

I placed a couple of bets earlier everything was fine for me my list was cleared after locking my bet. Are you browsing from mobile or pc ? Maybe it's because of your browser have you tried using a different browser?

They'll ask you to send an email to their support ([email protected]) so they could help you remove 2fa. Replies usually take up to 24 hours or less.

There is clearly a bug when I try to disable 2FA and hope it can be fixed ASAP , need to move my accounts for a new mobile phone and not able to do that for my Nitro account

Wanted to reflect on this as I am going through this issue currently and support is not even passing on my messages to security and is acting as a buffer for them.

Few things I am bouncing into with this issue that got me thinking a little. They accuse me of sharing a connection that overlaps with another player and I tell them this happens with vpn use and they state vpn use was not the main factor for banning me. They claim location,poker and activity where the reasons. I play once a week in a freeroll of 600 plus players, so my activity is clear as day. They offer me no hand histories that show a pattern of chipdumping, which would be the only reason I can think of me playing more than one account.
The second response I get tells me vpn is not the main factor, yet the first message states the opposite.

So when I request a withdrawal they review my account,right! Sure,ok maybe.
That means that they only review us when we win and most gamblers lose long term due to the nature of the beast. That means they are angling their players by stripping the few players that win that use vpn. Not clearing this aspect up allows them to continue doing this and I have attempted to get them to answer this question clearly.

Think their poker side will die if this continues and I have to say the reason I requested a withdrawal in the first place.
6 man table with 3 accounts sitting out leaving me with 2 other players that would continue to squeeze me in between them.
Got pissed off and got it in good on 2 hands back to back to get rivered both times. Will see if I can get those hands to show, it was gross.

In the event that your account receives funds in error and need to be recovered, Nitrogen Sports reserves the right to treat multiple accounts belonging to a single user as one when recovering funds."

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but our security department reserves the right to close any account if evidence of play contrary to accepted standards of fair dealing, is found or suspected. If I broke a rule using a vpn I am sorry for doing so and I did not see anything against it in the rules or I would have stayed clear of using such a feature. Have had hard times registering in the past due to a player fro m my location already being registered but that happens a lot. I just try a new location and boom I am registered. Always thought it was odd.

Please point me to the vpn rule and I will except my lumps and leave.

The decision taken by our Security Team is based in an exhausting investigation we have done with all the accounts related.
It is not due to the use of a VPN alone. It is based on multiple accounts related by activity, locations and Poker.

As stated before, our Company reserves the right to close accounts and seize funds at any time if we find irregular activity.

This decision is final and won't be reversed.

You seem to have a mixed message with Seth as he states I shared a location with one other player and he states this as the main reason.
Have explained that I use vpn and you are pointing to activity and poker as the other two reasons. I play the bitace freeroll with 600 other players are you banning them? Thats the poker aspect you mention and I see no indication of hand histories to show chip dumping which mulitple account players would be doing. So that leaves me with activity and I barely have any till I cashed.
Forgive me but this evidence and excuse given seems a bit weak and you still dodge my question of vpn use being against the rules. You indicate it was a reason but do not say if you have a rule against it. I am asking because I find this shady and I think people on the forums I am posting on want clear answer to this question as well.

As we stand you have illegally taken funds fro m my account and cancelled a wager with a gesture to my vpn use and yet it shows no where in the rules. See how I see things?

Forgive me for my crass response but you have take funds I earned legit and this feels unjust to be sure. The extra rub was why I was withdrawing in the first place and it was due to the cheating I faced on the cash tables. Go review those players sitting out to fill the table against me if you want real cheats.

Anyways I hold out for my funds to be returned or at least a clear reasoning for banning me.
Have posted in a few forums and google searches are bringing up quite a few players that faced this issue with nitrogen.


So I will wait on a response but at this point they just stole my funds.
