This project looks interesting. I read a couple threads about signature campaigns and I'm wondering if they apply only to this forum?

I was waiting for reply to my query in next update but perhaps you missed it Sad
Anyway you asked people to create Alts for signature and you also hinted that each participant will get 1 paq irrespective of their rank (I assume). Why would any higher rank member wear your signature if he also gets same number of paq?

I did reply, bud: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.18345421 (please let me know if this is not what you're in reference to)

A higher ranking member would receive more PÅQs; a three-tier payout. Plus, the more you post, the more you earn, up to three times as many. I only suggested creating new alts in case higher ranked members rather use their sig space for conventional means.

The following is NOT meant as an endorsement.

Earlier, I spoke with Kevin Hobbs, CEO of Vanbex, over the phone introducing him to Project YuTübopołis. He considered the project intriguing (my words, not his) upon me explaining the concept to him, with Kevin promising to later peruse the links I provided him (website and this thread). Kevin instructed me to fill out their survey-cum-questionnaire thingy which I did, found here -> https://www.vanbex.com/survey.html.

I look forward to a call from Kevin and Vanbex's founder, Lisa Cheng, in a couple days to discuss the finer details of Project YuTübopołis, with hopes of coming to terms and utilizing their services.

Again, this is not meant to be seen as an endorsement from Vanbex in any sense whatsoever.

Thanks for replying.Intersting concept. Will keep you bugging with more questions

Feel free to pitch curve-hardballs whenever you're ready, bud. I'm already warmed up from playing girly softball.  Tongue

So you are planning to have an actual physical place by may ? That's not very far away. That's a lot to take on. What things do you need help with or should we just wait for the bounties to be listed ? You talking about doing alot of things. Let's see if you deliver.

Well, obviously I don't need help with any math because I can easily calculate that May is still three months away: March (1) + April (2) = May(3).  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Translated: I'll need help with virtually all aspects, ready to onboard any team member who's excited about Project YuTübopołis coming to fruition. There's not another entity on the planet willing to give away its coveted CEO position (among other C<->O positions) just for the asking provided the candidates have some sort of verifiable track record in performing their desired position/title.

Speaking of talking about doing a lot of things, you'll be surprise of the shit I've yet to publicly disclose that Project YuTübopołis has in store, albeit not as GAWdiose as what's already been declared, but at least a couple are highly ambitious nonetheless.

When will you start your signature campaign?

Later today, so create some new alts to take advantage of it, for payments will only be in PÅQs for those wanting to take part in our signature campaign, thus saving your seasoned user accounts for conventional campaigns that pay via traditional means. Trust me, it'll be an easy campaign to participate in.

Re-monetizing YouTubers via Crypto-commodities
It's YouTube creators like Matan Uziel who YuTü.Ȼo.in et al. hope will embrace our platform in commoditizing their brands
How do you plan to get them on your platform? Would you invite each of these creators personally or what? What advantage will they have joining your platform?

Yes, YouTube creators will be invited personally by us, but, moreover, YouTubers (even lowly ones) will be handsomely rewarded for helping in that regard acting as affiliates, the affiliate program only available to them.

What would be the requirements for a YouTube creator to become your affiliate?
Any minimum subscribers or revenue limit?
https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCHoAaZlXJIfNT0XYss_iLbg

Before I provide the reformatted post from our website (below) addressing your question - http://yutu.co.in/lynspinz-ratings/ - I'll submit a quick answer.

I'll assume that the YouTube channel AintAboutThat Life is maintained by you, as well as an accompanying website which I'm not linking its URL. Given that, your current YouTube Rating is [2], of which you would've only needed a [1] during our nascent phase of development, the minimum a [3] once Beta and beyond.

A revenue limit or subscription base are never part of the equation for a YouTube creator to become a Lÿnspinz. But bear in mind, the lower the rating, the least likely a YouTuber's yAłtȼoin yãłtz would trade above the minimum $0.01 on YTȻ-Sốx with the respective creator amassing shares that'll be difficult to liquidate unless they improve their channel's content and reach, a win-win all around, including for Google's YouTube. On the flipside, if your channel becomes successful, then those holding shares of your yAłtȼoin from the onset may profit handsomely. Our platform will do everything possible to improve creators' brands since we, too, would be awarded yãłtz of each yAłtȼoin.

Lÿnspinz Ratings

Preliminarily, a Lÿnspinz would only need an easily achievable [3] rating to enjoy all the benefits YuTü.Ȼo.in et al. has to offer, excepting a minimal [1] rating prior to exiting our nascent phase that’s most likely acceptable in jumpstarting our startup, a not uncommon practice in any niche. Progressively, inclusions will have a more stringent rating criteria in place, but it, too, would be facilely attainable.

By having a ratings system in place, those who hash Lÿnspinz’ yAłtcoins in compiling yałtz can use such abstract to better positioning their efforts.

Provisionally, one [rating point] is awarded for each of the following milestones:

- Lÿnspinz has a standalone website
- Lÿnspinz has a Wikipedia write-up
- Lÿnspinz’ YouTube channel is verified
- Lÿnspinz’ YouTube channel is older than 5 years of age
- Lÿnspinz has more than one YouTube channel
- Lÿnspinz has over 1,000 subscribers on YouTube
- - - Lÿnspinz has over 10,000 YT subscribers
- - - Lÿnspinz has over 100,000 YT subscribers
- - - Lÿnspinz has over 1 million YT subscribers
- - - Lÿnspinz has over 10 million YT subscribers
- Lÿnspinz has over 1 million views on YouTube
- - - Lÿnspinz has over 10 million views
- - - Lÿnspinz has over 100 million views
- - - Lÿnspinz has over 1 billion views
- - - Lÿnspinz has over 10 billion views
- Lÿnspinz has over 1,000 followers on Google+
- Lÿnspinz has over 1,000 followers on any other social media platform
- Lÿnspinz’ most popular [YouTUbe] video (MPV) has over 1 million views
- Lÿnspinz’ total # Views to MPV Views ratio is less than 25%
- # Videos equals or is greater than # Months since Lÿnspinz registered their YouTube channel brand

Rating examples: YouTube Brand (TiȼSÿm): [rating]

- Smosh (SMOSH): [19]
- JoeyGraceffa (JG): [17]
- TEDx Talks (TEDx): [12]
- ANONYMOUS (ANON): [9]
- Nikola Danaylov (1on1): [7]

SA Wardega (SAW): [16]

For Sylwester “Adam” Wardęga’s SA Wardega (SAW) to reach the maximum [20] rating, he would only need a second YouTube channel, at least ten million subscribers, and over a ten billion view count on his primary channel, an accomplishment not outside the realm of possibility given his channel’s content and current reach.

To reiterate, tweaking the rating system and its intended usage could be up for discussion prior to an official launch, indicative of most options considered YuTü.Ȼo.in et al. during its nascent phase.

Good that YouTube creators will enjoy extra revenue by commoditization of their channel but what about shareholders of those channels? why would they buy shares in those channels?
Will it not be in conflict with YouTube business interest? will YouTube allow their creators to sell their shares?

Good questions. As far as I know YouTube doesn't allow buying or selling of channels. I doubt they will allow channel holders to have their channel crypto.

Thanks for starting to ask tougher questions where we're (so far it's just I) given the opportunity to make up tougher answers.  Tongue

Shareholders, just like YouTube creators, will trade their shares on the exact same platform. Users would buy shares (if not one of the max 100 PÅQers per YT brand) either as an investment - long- or short-term - or simply to support their favorite channel akin to Patreon patrons who allow a fixed dollar amount to exit their credit cards each and every month going directly to selected YouTubers minus a pesky fee.

Like Patreon, we are simply another MCN providing a service for YouTubers to further increase their revenue stream and expand their reach.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multi-channel_network

Quote
A multi-channel network (MCN) is an organization that works with video platforms such as YouTube, to offer assistance to a channel owner in areas such as "product, programming, funding, cross-promotion, partner management, digital rights management, monetization/sales, and/or audience development" in exchange for a percentage of the ad revenue from the channel.

Google's YouTube does not control what or how YouTubers augment their revenue stream, otherwise you wouldn't see videos on YT about cryptos if they deemed such to not be in their best interests, even if the alluded to channels' only source of income is via users visiting the respective linked-to sites to purchase wares.

Take for example the YouTuber iSorrowproductions (most probable stylized TiçSÿm: ISP): https://www.patreon.com/search?q=iSorrowproductions

Here is ISP's Patreon page: https://www.patreon.com/ISP

iSorrowproductions provides a link to his Patreon page on his YouTube channel's About page: https://www.youtube.com/user/iSorrowproductions/about

It was serendipitous to stumble upon a YouTuber to use as an example who has as his description only the words "Sponsor me, I need money." iSorrowproductions' brand can easily be crypto-commoditized via our platform.

YouTubers are allowed to link virtually whatever on their About page, running the gamut from some having many links to nada links. Granted, YouTube does have a policy as to what's disallowed, e.g. links to hate related sites, etc. A mega-branded YouTuber like Coca-Cola, e.g., would have no problem to link to where their stock is traded, with the only reason they don't do such is because it's not a normal practice (I made that up, but pretty sure on point). Another example is Boeing: https://www.youtube.com/user/Boeing/about.

Here's Alex Jones' YT About page links: https://www.youtube.com/user/TheAlexJonesChannel/about

Here's ERB YT About page links: https://www.youtube.com/user/ERB/about

Trade ERB on YuTü.Ȼo.in

^^^ It would be acceptable for ERB to include the above on their YT About page (accompanied link would not go to http://yutu.co.in/ but to ERB's dedicated URL page if they became a Lÿnspinz).

To further address a concern quoted above the fold, we do not buy or sell YouTube channels. We just provide a platform for YT channels owners to have shares in their brands tradeable on our exchange. Some YouTubers have already registered their brands as a business, stipulating on charters how many shares and at what initial price for each that may or may not ever be publicly available. Now, with the advent of blockchain technology, the paradigm has shifted, leveling the playing field for most all to enter. We merely shifted the paradigm further by introducing crypto-commodities alongside cryptocurrencies to commoditize brands of one of the largest networks on the Internet - YouTube. Again, we are an MCN.

Project YuTübopołis is the first in this space to commoditize brands as crypto-commodities, especially on a grand scale in embracing YouTube creators' brands. In essence, opening the door wide to <-> welcome millions more to use or trade cryptocurrencies thanks to our efforts, noting that the word 'potentially' was purposely omitted in the equation.

btvGainer's post to be addressed next.
