i don't think there will be a bull market in 2018 and 2019. In 2017, bitcoin reached a historical high and the market formed a huge bubble. it is completely digested and takes at least two years.

When Banteng?
The markets have been looking bullish in the last few weeks. The current mini-dip is a bit of a concern, but I am still fairly confident that we'll come out of it and that bullish sentiment will persist.
Looking at the recent market behaviour, yes it is no bull run for the 2019. This because, the price of the Bitcoin and the Ethereum didn't sustain in it's upper resistance level. May be the Bitcoin price go further upward but it will show a medium term rally and the price never goes above $10,000. So, clear indication of the sell on rally.
There are many variables that affect the price of Bitcoin. It is hard to predict. One moment you think the bull started and the next you hear that it is a trap.
When a few days ago the market looked very good and fantastic because the transaction reached more than $ 85 billion, but the last 3 days the market drop again, this is what keeps happening and certainly makes us have to wait even longer to see the market bull run again.
Yeah last week the market is showing a sign of bull market but the market dropped again today, i don't know why it's so hard to keep going up. It's always like this, go up for a second then go down again, repeat. At least we can see the bitcoin price hit $5k in this month.

for now we cant say that the bull run has arrived because the price is still kinda small for a bull run . a real bull run is when the price reach thier ath just like what we experience on the year 2017 . the op might be right that there will be no bull run for this year but its also too early to say that . right now we are only on the second quarter of the year and basically the real growth will happen on the 3rd or final quarter of every year . lets wait and see .
The start of the bull run doesn't need to hit a big price, and actually we have to appreciate what the market status now, we are stuck long enough at $3,800 but it pump and now we reached $5,300, if you will compare that, it's a huge percentage of increase.
So bull run is here, it's starting to penetrate the market, and we should expect to see the opposite of last year.

I believe that the cryptocurrency market will start going up in 2019. At the moment, the market is beginning to revive. I like it very much and I am sure that this year will bring me a big profit.
