I noticed a lots of coin on exchange site which are not listed on coinmarketcap. Should I buy those coin/token?
Why not? Of course you can, at your own peril and risk. Usually these coins are very cheap and can give good interest.

I know a couple good projects that haven’t been listed on CMC.  I also know dozens of scams that have been and still are listed on CMC.  I don’t see what one has to do with the other.  In fact the worst scam of the crypto era was one of the biggest advertisers of CMC.  Did you guys not see the Bitconnect banners that were there for months?

some coins or tokens do not list in CMC so this is due to not enter a large exchange, and also could be the coin is still relatively new and is still waiting to enter in this CMC, in my opinion to buy and not it depends on how the prospect in the future for the coins or tokens.

no need to invent a bycicle, just read the FAQ:
https://coinmarketcap.com/faq/

What is the criteria for a cryptocurrency to be listed on CoinMarketCap?

The criteria for a cryptocurrency to be listed is the following:

- Must be a cryptocurrency or a crypto token.
- Must be on a public exchange with an API that reports the last traded price and the last 24 hour trading volume.
- Must have a non-zero trading volume on at least one supported exchange so a price can be determined.
- For market cap ranking, an accurate circulating supply figure is required.

If you'd like to have a cryptocurrency listed and it meets all of the criteria, please fill out the request form.

not every currency requested is listed, but once it is traded, there is a very high chance for it to be added

Firstly, It should not buy.
Secondly, Sometimes it can be good project, but late for adding on Coinmarketcap.
But, I want to tell not to buy those coin. This coin maybe scam. You can see a lot of coins which you found on Etherdelta exchanger, which is not listed on coinmarketcap. So, make safe yourself and do not buy.

One entry requirement CMC has a trading volume within 24 hours must reach $ 10,000 (10K USD), the price is not determined from the volume but from the seller and the buyer itself. If lots of clear altcoin is present in the CMC ,, why you should take the risk?

Anyone can request a listing on CMC. The only thing is that the coin or token needs a specific turnover on one of the exchanges that are recognized by CMC. A listing on CMC normally has a positive impact on price and volume.

Coinmarketcap lists only coins that have trading volume above certain threshould.
They have the full terms and prerequisites for listing a coin on their website.

That is why new Altcoin company marketing team would do everything possible to increase their trading volume as much as or at least $50,000 in order for them to be listed and also coin exchanges will to the same so that people of investors will come to their exchange and perform trade while they are earning as well.

If new Altcoins will be traded at least $50,000 daily then it would be automatically listed on coinmarketcap.com because coin exchanges are the ones who are referring it into coinmarketcap.com so that traders and investors will doing trades on their coin exchange platform.
Coinmarketcap.com don't list new Altcoins when they aren't proven worth investing.
