A couple of days ago, I made a remark about NobleCoin and organization-structure. I found out there was a lot more structure than I thought, but we were missing a person that did some active communicating with all forummembers. The last two days not much changed, but I understand we don't have enough news to post a couple of times a day.
I was thinking about the right way to be real succesfull in life and business. The magic word here is FOCUS. All succesfull people and companies have one thing in common and that is focus. So what should be the focus for NobleCoin? As far as I can see the ultimate goal is getting NobleCoin worldwide accepted. Getting accepted everywhere will built a bigger community and surge for NobleCoins will follow.
So, in my opinion our main focus is, contacting merchants and the results will be used in our subgoal ( building a bigger community).
Regarding departments, maybe the core team will say something
Regarding FOCUS, I agree that the main goal should be world acceptance. If so, the key is
usability — to show the "real world" that this is really functioning.
So, while searching for merchants is very important, I think that also
fundraising could be part of our focus. And I think that coming
Noble Steps can be a very big step for our community — it can show something to the "outside world", to the people not involved in crypto.
I have an idea to look for local organizations (I have found some already) and to run a small Step (a fundraising event) with them.
After it finishes, we document the success (interview with photos, with NobleCoin banner and date etc.).
We should not underestimate the medial power of such event — it can be mentioned in local press (yes, paper edition), and local press is very good press, very attractive in marketing terms — we can show the pictures of the printed edition to the rest of the world. This will create more connections between crypto- and real-world.
Just imagine — NobleCoin allowed to collect amount X of some foreign currency in some country to achieve some goal, a goal important for that foreign local community in that moment. It can show that thanks to a cryptocurrencies, the "local" can cooperate with the "global" — and it would be a living example of the perfect usage case.
What do you think?
Feel free to comment my ideas and feature requests regarding Noble Steps:

I really think that Noble Steps can be
huuuge and attract A LOT of new people.
Maybe we should all prepare and do something to make its going live even bigger?
100% agree ( short comment, I know, but very clear).
I think in the world of Crypto, it is essential to be transparent and Noble always strives to do that very thing, so Rofo, I hope I am not over stepping my bounds here. With that being said, I, personally, feel we have been exceptionally focused compared to most alt coins. I am not a marketing guy, not a communication guy, or anything else outside if IT/Project Work, so I leave the merchant searching primarily up to Rofo and hope the community chips in where they see fit. However, I will vouch for Rofo that he is one dedicated man, and has been working NobleCoin 10+ hours every single day since launch. He has been chasing down merchants, making connections, getting the market place going, etc. This man is a machine, but he is only one person. miKnutty has also been contributing, but he is more on the side of eSports and that avenue. All I can say is that for the core team I work with, we are all trying our best and doing the best with the tools we have. However, there is only so much time in one day and we can only do so much with the time we have.
In regards to focus, I can guarantee you that they are directly in line with what we are trying to accomplish. Since day one it was understood that the only way to really make a legitimate value was worldwide acceptance, and thus far I feel Rofo has done a great job building the infrastructure to do so. We will continue to work on adding people and it is always in the forefront and a top topic of discussion for us. However, I want to note that nobility is still a top priority of the team, and contributing/giving back to communities is a key aspect of NobleCoin and has been from the start. The idea of a local community fundraiser sounds like a great idea. In reality we only need one thing like that to make some local news and be picked up by a big outlet such as Fox of CNN, then we would explode. However leading this is a different aspect as we would need boots on the ground. If someone is willing to step up and lead it, I would be happy to provide whatever resources I have and help in any way I can.
To all, the best thing I can say is I promise we are doing everything and anything to help move Noble forward. However, if anyone wants to take on a more active role, I would be happy to work with you and figure out what we can do together.
