XRP looks convincing and makes us optimistic, the increase continues even though the market is Red and this is what makes me not hesitant to Hold XRP because I'm sure one coin that has the opportunity to rise 10x or even 100x in 3 years or less.

BTC's price may break out even slightly upwards, which will rip XRP. Years after years, people have claimed XRP would break out every other week. This is a dead horse, and I wonder how long people are going to keep pounding it. As XRP goes upwards, however, things will get interesting no matter what people think about it.

Correct it is the investors decision in the first place, they are the one who needed to take time to do research and investigate if how they weight both risk and profits, if they still believing that XRP may win this case against SEC or I mean if the team can settle the issue without harming the project they will surely gain attention and maybe a good market movement.

Maybe investors will start to see some good confidence to buy and hold again.

It's really a tough call unless you are well-prepared with the risk and you are willing to lose if ever the favor turn against your investment.

Yes, it is true that even though the market is currently under bearish pressure and it is causing Bitcoin to look a bit difficult to reclaim its strongest support area, which is at the $20k level, it is very different from the XRP price movement where if we look at the current price is rising among the coins- other coins that are falling in the market so I agree with you if in court they win against the SEC it will certainly make the price of XRP coins experience a significant increase.

Yesterday XRP bounces from 0.35 to 0.40$ very quick which is very good but overall market is not good. Btc weekness will not let other altcoins to push high. Same case with Xrp also and we will not see big movement untill BTC turn green for many weeks.
